This hotel is very old and needs to be updated. The bathtub has rust stains in it and with cracked old tile on the walls. There's too many upcharges. The buffet was terrible and overpriced. This is a dump! Don't book here.

The hotel was clean and served it’s purpose. If you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep and shower then this place is for you. There was nothing extra and the price was good. They charge you $5/day for wifi if you want it and they also charge a daily fee for a safe as an option. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent a month at this resort and had a great experience until our last day. We had a later flight and therefore had to leave our luggage while we spent the day waiting around. When we came back to our bags, both of our wallets were gone including $2,000 Canadian, our credit cards, drivers licenses and health cards. We immediately went to the front desk to dispute the situation and no one was helpful at all. They told us our room number did not exist. We are very upset and offended as we had tipped everyone generously for a month only to be ripped off and unable to pay for our cab ride home. We strongly recommend not trusting the resort staff as they were the only ones who had access to our belongings BEWARE

Como suele suceder ponen fotos de hace muchos años , hoy el hotel esta muy deteriorado , cosas viejas y rotas x todos lados , deprimente , los empleados hacen bien su trabajo a excepción de Jose en la recepción que contesta muy mal. El unico hotel que cobra el internet usd 5 x dia y encima anda mal una verguenza sres. no volveria ni lo recomiendo.
