I had a wonderful stay at Q Resort. Everything was fine. Beach was just 1 min by foot. Giusy was so helpful. She helped me a lot to find the way to the hotel and gave a lot of recommendations.

The experience was very nice, relaxing, we ate very well, everyone was very kind and available for anything you needed here, there is no internet in the rooms... only in the common areas... but for the rest everything was beautiful, even the cleaning, and the pool was very very nice. The cocktails were super good. Everything was well served, I will go there again next year 😁

This recently renovated property is beautifully located in a pristine natural setting, nestled between Porto Torres and Castelsardo, the largest and most popular nearby towns. Convenient to Sassari city center, it's also easy to reach from Alghero-Fertilia Airport. The cuisine is excellent, healthy and tasty; the staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to guests' needs, the entertainment is enjoyable, and the poolside lifeguard is reliable. Quiet and private, the rooms are clean, and hygiene is top priority. You can sense a strong desire to improve. Excellent value for money. Additional on-site services are also available. Having chosen and stayed here during the peak summer season, I can honestly say that the standard has been consistently maintained. An experience worth repeating, and worth considering for both short and medium-long stays. It's especially suitable for children, and anyone seeking peace, privacy, and a close connection to nature for complete relaxation. The Wi-Fi signal in free areas needs to be strengthened, but I'm sure it will improve soon.

This resort presents itself on other websites with photos that don't reflect reality, or worse, are created with the help of artificial intelligence. When we arrived in our room, we discovered they didn't even have a closet; they left us two plastic hangers that would have broken just by looking at them... and indeed, on the penultimate day, one of them broke. In the bathroom, there was no place for a beauty case or a hairdryer; perhaps it would have been suitable for a man, not a woman. Once the toilet flushed, the stream would even come out of the bowl! (Problems were listed at reception on the first evening). Decent buffet, home-cooked food, poor service, a different waiter every day. At breakfast one morning, I asked for a large cappuccino cup, and the waitress sent me to the bar to ask if the dishwasher was finished. Compared to other hotels we've stayed at, the Q Resort stands out only for its pool and its proximity to the sea with a private beach. Fortunately, the entertainment team made our vacation even more enjoyable; kudos to entertainer Manuel! We will never go back there again

Voor in het voorseizoen en twee nachtjes prima. Het hotel is in renovatie waardoor de kamer die wij hadden geboekt nog niet volledig af was. Eigenlijk had het hotel dit moeten melden. Ook bij *******. Geen gordijnen, weinig sfeer, geen informatie op de kamer. Ook werd er nog volop geklust aan de andere kamers. Het personeel was super attent en het complex verder qua stijl mooi en natuurlijk direct aan het strand. Al was het weer niet geschikt, om op het strand te zijn.

Voici ce qui ne va pas.
1. Nous sommes arrivés les wc étaient encore sale (excréments)
2. La première chose qu’on vous dit c’est un café ou thé au déjeuner par personne après c’est payant
3. Le déjeuner est un gag, c’est pire que la cantine.
Nous avons eu des biscuits qui était périmé depuis juin 2024. Le buffet est très pauvre, il faut aller demander de l’eau car il y en a plus, etc…
4. Pas de moustiquaires, la porte a une espace où fourmis et moustiques peuvent entrer.
5. Le personnel du service au déjeuner est débordé.
Pourtant l’hôtel peut être sympa avec l’emplacement, mais si ça continue comme ça ils ne vont pas survire à la saison de l’été.
