The best views of Naples Bay from the immaculately clean room with balcony. Fabulous staff and dining. This hotel made the trip heavenly with an easy walk to the marina and center of town. Staff provided directions to an easy bus ride to bagno Della Regina Giovanna where a hidden walk through olive groves brings to pathways overlooking a cove where you can take a private swim!!

Fantastic position in Sorrento-Hotel Bristol just keeps on giving.Relaxed but acute attention to detail. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Interior design is quaint and luxurious .So good we are booked to return.! Fantastic experience.

Would definitely come back! The hotel is located on a hill which guarantees the gorgeous view over the sea, yet the city centre is still accessible by foot (10 min walk max). The staff is lovely and very responsive. Breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast with some healthy options as well, they also prepare omelettes on demand. Our rooms was next to the elevator so a bit noisy but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful family-run hotel, which I’d return to in a heartbeat! Located in an elevated position, the hotel has terrific views across the Bay of Naples towards Mount Vesuvius, spotless rooms and unfailingly pleasant staff. The layout is somewhat quirky (eg the upper floors are reached via two lifts, linked by a short meandering walk along picture-lined corridors). I believe this is due to the amalgamation of different buildings and is initially confusing but, ultimately, only adds to its charm. Food offering was good, with ample choice at breakfast and varied menu in the evenings. Position-wise, it's a straightforward 10-minute downhill walk into town. There is a small shop 2 minutes away, perfect for snacks and drinks. An excellent base for exploring the area or just to relax and enjoy the views and the town. Only gripe: initial small supply of coffee and teabags in room was not replenished during stay. Unusual for a hotel of this quality, but not a deal-breaker!!

Wow what a fantastic hotel and location. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is fantastic. The views across the bay are amazing. The location is a short 10 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento which is a gentle incline. Having visited this hotel I now know why the reviews are so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The good points first, the staff & the food was excellent the views breath taking the rooms spotless . Its location 10 mins. walk into Sorrento but in the heat of the day or at night with the volume of traffic & scooters speeding by the narrow pavements crammed with people you took your life in your hands if you stepped off. The town itself was good except for the walking tours & cruise ship visitors I counted 3 walking tours tours totaling 90 people in front of us trying to fight their way along the narrow streets, I did a detour & had a beer . The hotel rooms that had been allocated to Tui seemed to be of a lower standard than the rest of the main hotel our room did have a sea view which we paid extra for , but they all seemed to have sea views inside was not what we expected for that grade of hotel ,quite a few other people confirmed our thoughts , beware ordering drinks with your meals , check out wine prices first in the wine list they don't always give you a drinks menu unless you ask. In general the volume of people & the traffic spoilt what must been a lovely place to come and relax in
