Stunning hotel with amazing food and great staff in a good location. The views of the bay and harbour are fantastic while you eat. The roof top pool is great. The rooms are very spacious. Sorento is a great place to visit as is The Amalfi coast and Pompeii.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Bristol in Sorrento. The hotel has a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and volcano Vesuvius... a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday! My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast buffet had a great selection! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sorrento, just few steps from the city center... perfect to explore!

Wow ...it is the right word to describe this hotel. I was there for the second time , together with a group of friends and we were , again, impressed by the great hospitality of this place. Giancarlo , the owner, personally welcomed us in his hotel and the rest of the staff was absolutely great!!! The receptionists , the waiters, the bartender, the room keeper (Olga from Moldova) , everybody make you feel like home. About the rooms there are not enough words to describe the views from the balcony. Amazing....Also breakfast is great and we had dinner fee times in the restaurant, also delicious food. Everything is fantastic. One of the best hotel in the world 🌎!!! Believe me , I am a travel manager and I would not say lies. Just go there to see everything with your own eyes. Thank you Bristol for everything!!

The hotel is like stepping back in time! The staff are so lovely! The food was incredible every night and the cocktails are to die for. The room was perfectly clean and the views are great. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained. Only a short walk to a shop, and just a little further is the town. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!

We stayed for a week and it was a great stay. The staff service in the restaurant is exceptional, Luca clearly takes a lot of pride in his work! The view is lovely over the city and you can walk into the main part within 5 minutes. The spa area wasn't open and too cold for the pool being April. Would recommend.

Ottima struttura, ottimi servizi. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione , pranzo e cena molto buona con prodotti tipici . Staff reception impeccabile, gentilissimi e simpatici. La Vista della camera direttamente sul mare , è incantevole ... vicinissimo al centro , siamo andati a piedi piu volte senza problemi dimenticandoci dell'auto tranquillamente parcheggiata in hotel ....

The best views of Naples Bay from the immaculately clean room with balcony. Fabulous staff and dining. This hotel made the trip heavenly with an easy walk to the marina and center of town. Staff provided directions to an easy bus ride to bagno Della Regina Giovanna where a hidden walk through olive groves brings to pathways overlooking a cove where you can take a private swim!!

Fantastic position in Sorrento-Hotel Bristol just keeps on giving.Relaxed but acute attention to detail. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Interior design is quaint and luxurious .So good we are booked to return.! Fantastic experience.
