This hotel was recommended to me through an Italian Facebook group. Thanks to that person, we had the most amazing stay in Sorrento. The staff were just the loveliest people who couldn't do enough to help you. Our room was fabulous, with the best view looking out over the ocean. The restaurant served up meals to die for. Everything was within easy walking distance from the hotel. Hubby said it is the best hotel he has ever stayed in. If we returned we would definitely stay here again!

Disfrutamos totalmente nuestra estancia en Hotel Minerva. El personal fue muy amable, delicioso desayuno con una vista impresionante, alberca en la azotea y lo mejor fue que nos asignaron habitación con balcón. La única observación fue que vimos que había una parada de bus justo enfrente del hotel, pero no fue así. Sin embargo, caminamos solo 10 minutos para llegar al centro de la ciudad y el camino es muy agradable, restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Nos encantaría volver.

Such a beautiful place!
We expected the phenomenal views but were overwhelmed by the beauty of the building itself. Wonderful tile work everywhere. Great amenities including the buffet breakfast. I know we’ll remember this stay always.

We had a great holiday based at The Minerva. The hotel may be one of the older hotels in Sorrento but the standard of accommodation was excellent, topped off with an exceptional view over Sorrento, Naples Bay and Vesuvius.
Best of all was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, with everyone from the cleaners, waiters and reception staff happy to help with our attempts at basic Italian phrases.
We can happily say our stay was Molte Bene. Grazie.

Hotel Minerva. Sorrento
Wonderful experience - like living in a postcode. Maître d’ Ninno is an incredible asset to the hotel, so friendly warm and professional. Hotel has so much character it was beautiful to see and experience.

Hotel has an amazing view, rooms great for the value, friendly staff, awesome delectable breakfast spread! We only wish the hotel has a shuttle service going to town!!
