Such a lovely location! Central for boats / ferry's and trains / busses. Pedestrianised part of town close really close to bars shops and restaurants . We had a 7 night stay, 2 children 2 adults in a 4 bed apartment., in the main house with lovely sea view a bonus. Pool was a welcome relief after hot days sight seeing, shallow but lovely and warm . Beds comfy, apartment basic , but sufficient for a base. Room was cleaned daily. Shower needed a replacement head as squirted out in all directions except on your head . Pool towels can be hired 2 euro daily. Snacks and drinks can be ordered pool side. Quiet at night no option for drinks in garden in evening , staff leave at 6.30 pm. Staff friendly and speak English, very accommodating and attentive. Would stay again. Great holiday !

Friendly staff that changed completely into arrogant staff after dispute non functioning airco! After friendly welcome and normal first night we were confronted with a defect airco in the 2nd night after informing staff around 8pm (after 7 pm no reception available) we were first informed that mechanic would come, .Instead of sending a mechanic the story changed and we”re informed that main switch of our airco was in other guest room which they couldn’t reach and so nothing they could do last response was 22:15 and then they thought…. Let”s switch of the communication and ignore this issue (see photo) so instead of solving the issue the approach was ignoring At 6 am airco was finally switched on (so full night no sleep with 4 people in a 33c room without airco but with some mosquitos. After walking down and asking to speak to manager owner (of course not available) i was informed i shouldn”t complain - i had a room and so what is the issue (no sleep? due to heat?) Anyway useless conversation - they have no access to the main switch and so not their problem. I thought i booked a room with airco for €320+ per night so expect airco was not depending on other guests behavior and or that other guest could control my airco - anyway nasty conversation followed - and unprofessional follow up , result pay and don”t complain was the message…

We stayed 3 nights in late October. The hotel was perfect. 2 adults and 2 teens in a one bedroom appt with kitchen area and bathroom, lots of storage and huge ceilings with large windows overlooking the pool. Reception were in contact before arrival to check our ETA as they do not staff the desk outside of 8-5 but this was fine for us. It was our son’s birthday and upon arrival they brought some cakes and candle which was a lovely touch. Breakfast is outside in the grounds and due to bad weather on our first morning, they messaged to say they would bring it to our room. On the second day we needed to leave by 8.10 for an excursion (breakfast is 0830) but they opened early to let us grab some quick pastries and a coffee. The pool area is nice but quite shaded. The grounds are lovely and even though it is only 2 mins from restaurants and bars, it’s very quiet and peaceful. A perfect spot which we would recommend to families, couples or groups.

Stayed here for 5 nights on a girls trip to Sorrento. A great location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here- the shower pressure is also brilliant! ❤️ Breakfast had a good selection with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Hotel grounds were immaculate and they had someone there tending to the grounds every morning. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Arrived at 3.35pm only to be hassled by text as to what time we were arriving as the receptionist would be leaving. Got to the room and it was not what we had booked - a king room with balcony. Text the number who had contacted us earlier to advise and they told us there was an issue with our booked room. We had been given a sea view room without balcony and this was the apparently the same price. This may have been because there was someone else in the room we had booked as we could see them! Next morning we were moved to the correct room. Very tired room bad decor and a shower door that does not close along with a shower that is badly in need of a descale. The pool is not deep enough to swim in - only knee deep. A great location however not worth the money. Needs money spent on it to bring it up to date and worth what they charge. Breakfast is ok, not great and basic. Jacuzzi does not work. Nobody’s on reception after 5pm.
