Such a lovely location! Central for boats / ferry's and trains / busses. Pedestrianised part of town close really close to bars shops and restaurants . We had a 7 night stay, 2 children 2 adults in a 4 bed apartment., in the main house with lovely sea view a bonus. Pool was a welcome relief after hot days sight seeing, shallow but lovely and warm . Beds comfy, apartment basic , but sufficient for a base. Room was cleaned daily. Shower needed a replacement head as squirted out in all directions except on your head . Pool towels can be hired 2 euro daily. Snacks and drinks can be ordered pool side. Quiet at night no option for drinks in garden in evening , staff leave at 6.30 pm. Staff friendly and speak English, very accommodating and attentive. Would stay again. Great holiday !

Struttura sicuramente molto carina d’estate ma per l’inverno è pessima e poco attrezzata. la doccia si allaga lo scarico con funziona il bidet scorre manca la plafoniera in bagno con relativi cavi elettrici a vista le luci in stanza non si accendono la tv non funziona poca sicurezza notturna pessima organizzazione per il percorso SPA (accesso esterno bisogna uscire dalla struttura e assenza di attrezzatura)

Ci sono stato per il fine settimana; era la prima volta e sono sicuro che ci ritorneremo. Un relais con camera ampia e ben accessoriata nel centro di Sorrento, un servizio colazione in camera curato ed ampio, ma anche una spa realizzata all’interno di una villa antica tra le mura del tempo, ovviamente ristrutturate, degna di nota, visto che ad es. la vasca, pur completa di bocchette per l’idromassaggio, era stata realizzata all’interno di una piccola grotta presente nella villa. Servizio cortese e puntuale, fatto di professionalità e gentilezza. Davvero brave, Francesca e Ilaria!

Central oasis.
This is a great place to stay when visiting Sorrento. An oasis of calm, just yards from the main corso and also close to the 'beach' and the harbour.
Reception was friendly, the room large and clean with access to its own balcony with morning sun. Perfect for a good breakfast (+10€) which was served on the balcony.
Nice grounds to relax in, but unfortunately the pool was closed as it was out of season. This was the only disappointment during our 3-day visit.
Pre-check in and other communication was via Whatsapp, absolutely no problems at all.
Would definitely stay here again.

The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took good care of the guests. Great location. My room had a great view of the water. The pool area was beautiful but just a tad too cold to swim when I was there.

Are spacious and quiet. It was located in a great area very walkable. The pool and spa was a nice amenity. Enjoyed my stay here!

Amazing grounds and great room
This hotel is beautiful and the grounds are AMAZING. Usually I don't care about grounds, but Sorrento is very cramped with very little green space, and these grounds are an oasis. The pool is great. Room was great too, we could see the sea in the distance. Only challenge was only one of the staff spoke reliable English, and this resulted in a mistake with booking our car transfer for leaving that caused some headaches even after I pointed it out to them. In their defense, they did suggest communicating with them through WhatsApp but I tried handling it in person at the desk. So if you go with the expectation that if you don't speak Italian you'll be communicating with the staff via WhatsApp, you will love this place.
