The person at reception was very kind and polite to us. We only stayed one night. Very clean room. if you choose a bunk bed like we did i will recommend this option for people who travel light and for a short time. Next to the hotel, there is a café, perfect to start your day with a lovely breakfast.

This hotel is absolutely terrible, the worst I have ever stayed in all of Europe. Travelers reading this review are requested to cancel their reservation immediately and never stay here again. I hope this hotel goes out of business soon. It is a scam with no credibility whatsoever. The room hygiene is also terrible. If you stay here, you will definitely get sick. The front desk closed early and refused to let me stay. I had to find emergency accommodation late at night. When I returned the next day and tried to check in, they told us that they had cancelled my reservation and that I would have to pay the full amount of the stay again (we had originally planned to stay only for a few nights). The staff and the accommodation not only ruined our holiday, but were also extremely rude to me and shouted the entire time.

Ostello molto carino, pulitissimo, molto accogliente in una posizione strategica e ultimo ma non meno importante la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Assolutamente è da provare, nessun dubbio!

This place has disgraceful service , my flights into Napoli were changed by the flight company , these people kept my €696 for a 5 day stay and the € 80 for the rescheduled booking too, these people are quite rude and extremely disrespectful and totally unhelpful , don’t stay here , there are hundreds of better choices and you should stay elsewhere so you can enjoy your holiday

Great value for the location. Walking distance to bus and train station. Situated along the main road, it Can get a bit noisy with windows slightly opened.

Son unos Estafadores!! Reserve por Booking 5 noches y cuando llegue al hotel habian cancelado mi reserva (que habia pagado por adelantado) por no llegar a tiempo para el check in pese a enviar mensajes previos que habia huelga de tren. Cuando llegue ya habian vendido nuevamente la plaza (que yo habia pagado) y me dejaron en la calle por lo que tuve que salir a buscar un hotel en ese momento. Booking tampoco me dio solucion. La hija del dueño quien te recibe es una maleducada, me maltrato. Por lo que leo en otros comentarios parece que a varios le ha pasado lo mismo. Lamento haber reservado esto y no haber leido los comentarios previamente.

Do not stay here! You can’t get hold of them and I arrived after 8:30pm and couldn’t get hold of anyone so had to stay someone else. Went back in the morning and they had apparently given my room to someone else even though I’d paid for my stay in advance and it was very busy at the time so it was hard to find somewhere else to stay. They also never gave me a refund and found them to be very rude when I asked about it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
