Really liked this hotel. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean. We had great views from our balcony. The was a great size and comfortable. All very clean. The man behind the bar ( sorry dont know hos name ) was really friendly. The breakfast could have some improvement, it was nice but could do with a couple more options. We did get a pack breakfast for early trip, and it was packed really well. As mentioned the walk to Sorrento is about 20 mins , which is without pavement for about 5 mins. We found this fine. Lots of ppl walking. Drivers seem to be aware. We even walked back twice late at night. Lots of recommendations for Sorrento , the horse shoe bar is so friendly , the foreigners club is a little pricey , but well worth a visit. Fantastic views , live music and food amazing. Blue water restaurant very good too. Tbh all restaurants seem to be very good. Sorrento such a fantastic place. Can't wait to visit again.

Just returned from a great 11 day stay. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and beds comfortable. Breakfast is the same each day but still plenty of choice and food nice. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. Pool and bar area has plenty of sunbeds and seating and is kept clean. Lunch menu in the bar was very nice plenty of choice and decently priced. All the staff were lovely and nothing too much trouble, special mentions for Luigi and Catello who went out of their way to make your stay a good one and have a chat with you. Hotel is either a short bus ride or about 20 mins walk into the centre, the road is busy and a short section has no pavement but buses run often, stop right outside hotel and cost only €2. We had a lovely time thankyou 😊

Our first time in Sorrento, chose this hotel because of reviews and was not disappointed. Staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Spotless clean, room made up every day with fresh towels if you wish. Air con worked a treat and the staff left it on after cleaning which is unusual- meant we returned to a cool room when we'd been out. Breakfast was lovely, I never saw any flies whatsoever despite previous review. The hill isn't bad at all, traffic is well aware of pedestrians- the locals are walking and running on that road so it's not a problem at all. There's a deli up the hill, sarnies are AMAZING!! We had a garden room, 104. It was very peaceful and overlooking the olive grove :) Will definitely stay here again when we return to Sorrento in the future.

Very clean hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Had a garden room view, very clean and quite quiet. The hotel is high up, the walk into Sorrento takes around 15-20 minutes, but there isn't a path for around 200 metres so I wouldn't want to walk with a buggy or small children. That being said, although the road is busy the motorists do give pedestrians plenty of room. The breakfast is nice, but like most buffet breakfasts becomes a little repetitive. We ate at the hotel one evening, the food was very good but the restaurant next door is better and a little cheaper. We had a small issue with our room, but was resolved straight away. The pool area is very good, and larger than the photos appear - and again very clean. I'd book this hotel again, the staff are all amazing and very helpful.

I choose this hotel for our week's holiday in Sorrento as I thought the location looked handy and the reviews were largely good. The hotel itself looks very smart and presentable from the front and in the reception area. The rooms, however, and the rear of the hotel, leave a fair bit to be desired and definitely need smartening up. Our room had no air conditioning for the entire week. We mentioned it a few times but the staff seemingly had no interest in resolving the issue. Thankfully they were able to provide us with a large fan, which helped, given that we were staying during temperatures in the middle 30s! There was also a strange fusty damp smell in our room which could, I suppose, have been linked to the faulty air conditioning. Our room was clean though and made up every day. Saying that, I would not recommend though looking too closely at your pillows! My pillow case partly came away and I was shocked at the state of the pillow within! The staff were mostly friendly and helpful although one or two were of a more surly disposition! The staff in the bar were both lovely. The food in the restaurant was good although overpriced for what it was and a fairly narrow selection. We ate in the restaurant next to the hotel, which was excellent and highly recommended. Breakfast was typical of a continental selection with a wide choice. The only thing I didn't like was that a lot of the food was left uncovered and there were a lot of flies around, landing on the food. I have to mention the location. People have said it's on a busy road. It's actually on the junction of two busy roads so you have four lanes of heavy traffic going by. This means there is constant noise from traffic stop-starting, beeping their horns and generally racing off. It is relentless and, if in a room at the front, must be pretty unbearable. Whilst the hotel cannot help the location, it is a consideration and is definitely one reason that we would not stop there again. Finally, a lot has been said in other reviews about whether it's walkable into the centre of Sorrento. I suppose the answer depends on your level of fitness but be aware that it's a slog back uphill and for the most part there are no pavements so you are walking with busy traffic. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel though which will take you into town for €2. So, all in all, a mixed review but our overall feeling is that we would not stay there again.

Fabulous hotel with great service & staff. We stayed here in room 306 for 10 nights and enjoyed great views and great nights sleep throughout our visit. All staff were very friendly, attentive and most welcoming, that we cannot thank them enough for making our stay even more homely!
