the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri.
our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!

It was close to Sorrento Station, and the breakfast was so delicious! Thanks to you, I ate well and had a good trip.

Oh, but there is no separate door to the bathroom haha. Still, the room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and clean, there was a coffee pot, the owner was very friendly, and the bed and pillows were soft and really nice~~~

Bien situé. Calme. Propre et récent. Le déjeuner inclus a beaucoup de choix. Très bon prix pour Sorrento. Cependant, on avait une chambre au sous-sol et il y avait des traces de moisissure noire au plafond dans la salle de bain. Également, il ne semblait pas y avoir de siphon sur le drain du lavabo, donc on avait des odeurs d'égout de temps en temps. Également, dans la chambre, il semblait y avoir eu plusieurs réparations mal faites au plafond. (Ancien dégâts d'eau?) Activités à proximité: Verger de citron juste en face. On peut visiter et acheter du limoncello artisanal. Potentiel piétonnier: Près du centre-ville et de la gare. Se rendre au Port se fait à pied en environ 15min. Le retour du Port est plus long puisqu'il faut monter beaucoup de marches ou faire un détour pour prendre l'ascenseur.

For being a 2-star hotel, we are incredibly pleased with our 2 nights stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and fresh, but had some wear and tear but it was fine. Breakfast buffet was over our expectations since they had quite some things to choose from even though they’re a small hotel. The location is also perfect since it’s only 5 minute walk to the train and around 10 minutes to the city center.
Overall really pleased, can recommend!

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! La chambre est propre et confortable. Personnel très adorable, serviable, souriant et toujours disponible ! Petit déjeuner très varié. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

L'alloggio pulito e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Buona colazione, non mancava niente. Ilaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca non funzionava lareatore del bagno senza finestta. Ci vorrebbe un secondo gancio per l'asciugamano grande

I highly recommend Sorrento Relais. It is a quiet welcoming facility, small and family run. High standards throughout including clean and well organized. The facility is a reasonably short, level walk from the train/bus station. The neighborhood is safe. The breakfast has a good diversity of offerings.
