The kitchen next door started to make noise at 3am, so I couldn't sleep at all. The shower room was very small 😰. I won't stay in this kind of hotel again. It's not worth it.

the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri.
our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!

Oh, but there is no separate door to the bathroom haha. Still, the room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and clean, there was a coffee pot, the owner was very friendly, and the bed and pillows were soft and really nice~~~

We spent four days at this hotel and all it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable and within easy walking to the train station and other activities. The one downside was we were placed in a room where we couldn't open the blinds and although the manager promised at check in that he would have the matter rectified by latest the following morning, it was never fixed. The hotel provided breakfast for an additional charge and although there was quite a variety, the items were mainly cold, not a good thing with scrambled/fried eggs.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti nel Sorrento Relais insieme alle mie figlie e siamo state veramente bene. La stanza tripla molto confortevole, pulita, dotata di aria condizionata visto il caldo di questi giorni. I titolari molto cordiali e disponibili. La colazione di tipo internazionale con ottimi cornetti crostate dolci frutta ecc. La qualità è sicuramente superiore al prezzo applicato. È una struttura vicina alla stazione ed al centro città. Da tenere presente per ulteriori soggiorni a Sorrento.

Está ubicado a 500 metros de la Piazza Tasso, el km 0 de Sorrento, pero no tiene nada del ruido ni del bullicio del centro, por lo que se descansa muy bien. Enfrente hay una zona de estacionamiento público gratis, al que accederás si está libre uno de los 5 cupos, en caso contrario te indicarán un estacionamiento de pago. El desayuno fue muy bueno y abundante. La habitación amplia, cómoda, buena ducha. La atención espléndida y una relación precio calidad buena.
