Just returned from this Tui hotel and have mixed feelings. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and well organised. We were made very welcome by each staff member who were genuinely keen to make your experience a positive one. The facilities were good but were disappointed that the tubs around the garden were out of order. Our room 101 was pretty perfect, good size, and spotlessly clean however we soon realised we were located right next to the elevator and above the main restaurant so the noise was at times disruptive. The food in the main restaurant was really good, lots of choice and all very fresh and hot. However we were disappointed with the gala dinners in the garden area. Not with the choice of food as there was plenty of lovely food on offer but the presence of flies around the buffet area. This was a major put off for us and we hardly found any food without flies around it!. The staff were very aware of this and used swatters to manage this however not always successful. The shuttle bus into Sorrento was a life saver and we used it frequently. All in all we enjoyed our holiday at the Atlantic Palace but not sure we would return

Stayed here with my sister from July 7th 2025 and the hotel was perfect. Very clean, the cleaning team do a fantastic job. Gorgeous food, Francesco and Francesco and all the restaurant & bar staff were perfect. Dinner in the lemon garden was amazing and the cooks were so lovely, I think one was called francesco (always carving the meat) who was so lovely. Reception staff were so helpful and all staff are genuinely passionate about ensuring you have everything you need. They honestly could not have been better. We were out every day so didn’t use the pool much, it’s small but good enough to cool down in. Whirlpools were closed for maintenance which we would have tried but it didn’t spoil our stay. Shuttle bus was great though we could have done with them starting at 8am instead of 9 as we wanted to get the early ferries to Capri, Positano & Amalfi coast. We didn’t attempt to walk from hotel to Sorrento as there’s no path for part of the way so the shuttle was invaluable. There’s entertainment on a night time which you can hear in your room but it wasn’t intrusive. View from our room was of Vesuvius .. perfect!

The hotel was exactly as described on the website, the hotel was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The pool was always just warm enough that you could walk straight in and cool off from the sun if needed without spending 5 minutes inching your way in. The absolute standout for us was the food and restaurant staff ( particularly the restaurant manager Francisco and his deputy, also named Francisco). I have a severe nut allergy and unlike every other place I've ever visited, they went out of their way to make me feel at ease and told me each night what I could have and surprised me with my own dessert. At breakfast, Francisco personally delivered me a selection of bread and pastries and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted. I would 100% recommend staying here if you have food restrictions and want to be treated like a normal person. Exceptional service and a great team.

We stayed for a week and the hotel did not disappoint, we like quieter hotels with good food and relaxed atmospheres. Balanced with things to do. The rooms were spacious and clean with great views of Vesuvius! The pool was clean and no rush for sun bed! The food was amazing and the staff especially Francesco could not be more helpful. Entertainment was good, all the TUI reps were polite, professional and helpful without being pushy or too in your face. Natalie your voice was amazing, and you def should be on Broadway! We went on a few trips that were truly spectacular and a must! Vesuvius, Pompeii and the wine vineyards :) if you want a sociable but less energetic pace for a relaxing holiday with enough activities to keep everyone entertained this is for you :)

There were children there the first 3 days it was supposed to be adult only holiday. There were 2 bars but only one open at one time. There were 2 restaurants one buffet restaurant but only one open at one time. There is no beach although tui say beach club which you have to pay for . The room are substandard and not clean . Towels at the pool are only charged every 3 days and they run out of Towels. They don't always put showers Towels in your room The view is not what you expect. The hotel is no where near restaurants about 20 minutes to Sorrento town . Very unhappy with our holiday.

We have just come back from our honeymoon spent here at the hotel and sorrento. Couldn’t fault the hotel services, 3 bars to choose from serving a good variety of drinks and 2 beautiful restaurants serving high quality food. The hotel staff and the Tui reps we came across were all lovely and professional, very hard working and deserve a lot of praise, so well done. Only negatives I would say is it does get a little loud being on a main road so if you’re a light sleeper like myself you may be woken up. But beside that I would definitely go again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was poor and not a 4 star. On arrival we checked and went to our room, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels had holes and Rips in them. When telling the hotel the issue they were very rude and sarcastic when changing our room. We was then put into a smaller room next door and the manager was very rude on leaving the room laughing and sarcastic. We could then hear her in the room next door shouting about the situation. Within our time at the hotel we ran out of hand soap in our bathroom and when calling down to ask for another we was told to just use the bodywash/shampoo that was left in the shower. On checking out when staying at numerous other hotels you can normally checkout and leave your luggage until your pick up time to go back to the airport, however at this hotel this seemed to be a big ask and they expected us to take our luggage out with us for the day after speaking back and fourth they then agreed to keep it to one side. Needless to say this wasn't a very pleasant trip.

After reading some of the mixed reviews on here we was rather hopeful that this would be great holiday, however we are much mistaken. The whole building is tired and needs refurbishment, the staff are quite helpful but with some reservations, we asked for a late checkout and was told we would need to pay 50 euros to get a 15:00 checkout time instead of 10:00. Absolutely disgusting, the bars are supposed to be manned until 24:00 and never was, the hot tubs have been covered over and can’t be used, it’s quite possibly the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. We came with TUI and their reps are next to useless, treat you like your just some sort of cash cow and to be frank only interested when your coughing up for some outrageous priced tours. Never again, and please read this review and take it as a truthful review of what is a very mediocre hotel.
