Good hotel , decent service getting there from station is bit of a walk and has some stairs so could be a bit challenging with luggage

J’ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est un peu décentré mais le quartier est plus calme que le centre-ville. Ma chambre se trouvait dans un immeuble juste à côté de l’hôtel au 4eme étage. Pour y accéder , un ascenseur original qui avait déjà vécu mais efficace. La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée avec un petit balcon donnant sur une cour intérieure. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et il est possible de demander des œufs sur le plat. La patronne m’a proposé l’excursion sur Capri avec une compagnie amie et c’était très bien organisé. J’ai aussi dîné dans leur restaurant Refood où j’ai très bien mangé. Pour aller à Naples, elle m’a aussi communiqué les différentes possibilités (ferry, train ou taxi) avec les avantages et inconvénients. Bref, un hôtel à taille humaine que je recommande

What a delightful place! It's a charming smallish hotel. The staff are really great. The room was lovely and having a comfortable balcony to spend our evenings sipping wine was so nice. It's also centrally located without being in the middle of everything. The staff were all so lovely - very personable and attentive. We really enjoyed the room and vibe of the hotel. If I had one minor criticism, they could use better wi-fi, but it was also a reminder that I'm on vacation and maybe I could disconnect more. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per una notte per la nostra visita di Sorrento e dell'isola di Capri. Posizione vicina al centro (raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti) e parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze molto comodo e pratico. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e ampia (unica difetto le pareti troppo sottili tra la nostra camera e il bagno della camera del vicino ma per noi non è stato un problema insormontabile). Per la cena abbiamo optato per una buonissima pizzeria che si trova subito sotto l'hotel. Colazione non eccellente. Nel complesso esperienza positiva. Rossano & Gioia

Chaming family run hotel, 7 minutes from the main square and 8 minutes to railway and train station. clean room, Bed comfortable, shower worked well, plenty of hot water, small fridge in room filled with beer, water ect. Good breakfast, they were very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our four night stay. They have a restaurant in the town that we went to and had an excellent dinner.Very good 3 star hotel close to centre. We walked down to get boat to Carpri, but suggest getting to bus back up. Took the train, too. Pompei very easy, and the station is very close to the entrance. Went by bus to Positano(which also goes on to Almafi) for the day, bit windy so not ideal for those who get car sick.At Positano We had to walkdown and back up to get the bus.Not all places open in February so March would be a good time when things start opening up. We had a great 3 days.

The location is good, close to the historic center. The entrance to the hotel is normal but we had a room for which we had to leave the hotel and enter the building on the side, without internal connection.. Climb a staircase, the entrance very neglected, and take an elevator that I preferred x 2 floors.. I didn't take it except to carry the luggage because there was no help for this. The breakfast was not bad if you are not demanding but I suggest that you have some natural juice, in the lemon and orange area they will not offer artificial juices. Another suggestion, since they have a restaurant owned by the same owner in the center, if you like They offer some benefits for being a hotel passenger, you would be more tempted to try it...

Great small family run hotel. The biggie here is that the rooms have what I can best describe as a fold down Murphy bunkbed for kids. So if you are travelling as a family with younger kids this place is ideal. I am not sure why all hotel rooms don't have this. My kids are older now, but this would have been so much more convenient when they were little. The staff was great. Breakfast is good. Charming place. Convenient to the touristy downtown without being in the touristy down town. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Typical of European hotels the rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. There is a small elevator. We enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom.smelled so bad. the shower was overflowing & blocked. The shower door was sticking & wouldn't close properly. The lift doors didn't open on the first night so we're afraid to use it. I mentioned this to the manager. And she becaome so annoyed & irritated. This lady should NOT be in her role! Beds were so hard & pillows lumpy, we just left & booked another hotel
