Property and staff were wonderful. Room was sizable and comfortable and we had a nice large bathroom space. Pool and amenities were beautiful. This hotel is walkable to town, but about a half mile down a busy road to get there. While walking isnt an issue for us, it would be a bit further out than I would recommend for anyone with mobility issues. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Everything about this hotel is simply wonderful! The staff is helpful, courteous and as we say in Hawaii "full of aloha." The rooms take your breath away with doors that open from ceiling to floor. A bathtub that can easily hold 2 people. The toiletries that are included are also top quality. A view that will take your breath away. The location is perfect. I only wish we would have stayed longer. I had a massage in a room that had a waterfall that went directly into a beautiful pool. There is not one negative thing at all about this hotel. Allow a couple of nights here-you will not regret it!

It is NOT worth the money we paid and expectations we had. The elevator was not working when we arrived (we have a toddler and I am 7 months pregnant) once we for there, the bathroom floor was full of black hair from a dirty mop probably (couldn’t take photos as I was rushing to bathe my baby), and we saw several silverfishes on our beds. The staff were lovely though, but the amenities are far from being fancy and I repeat, NOT worth the price…

We stayed at this hotel with Gate 1 tours. Wonderful choice and location! Within 10 minutes walking to the downtown shops and not far from the Bay of Naples. Hotel is modern with a lounge area in the lobby great for gathering. It has a pool outside that is very well kept

O hotel tem uma boa localização, fica a 10 min a pé do centro de Sorrento. Ficamos em um quarto família, que considerei pequeno para 4, e o quarto estava numa ala ainda não reformada. As janelas não conseguiam vedar bem o barulho que vinha da rua, que é bem movimentada. O ponto alto é a piscina, que é uma excelente opção para relaxar num final de tarde depois dos passeios. Eles também tem parceria com o Hotel Cristina, e o jantar nesse hotel, aproveitando o por do sol na baía de Napoli com o Vesuvio de fundo é um show a parte.
