The room faces the sea, the service is very thoughtful and trustworthy, especially the breakfast restaurant with a first-line sea view, authentic ingredients and updated dishes every day!

Wow, what a lovely hotel. The staff at this hotel were amazing, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had a sea view room, the view was incredible. The terrace bar in the evening was so relaxing and the staff always had time to have a chat with you, especially Guiseppe and Anastasia. The pool was just lovely, there were so many different little quiet places to sit, the gardens were gorgeous. The pool was kept spotless, the towels were available and anything you wanted we only had to ask the life guard who was great and very helpful (sorry don’t know his name). The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. We would only ever stay at this hotel if we were lucky enough to visit Sorrento again.

The hotel is old and as grand as the balcony views, the staff are absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our time here and a short walk to all the restaurants, a lift to the beach and the port is a 5 minute walk for day trips. Drinks on the balcony are a must and a special mention to Anastasia and Francesca for always making that time special.

Beautiful hotel!! If I ever come back to Sorrento I will 100% stay here again. The entire hotel is very clean, staff were helpful, and the bar staff were amazing. Giuseppe and his team made this experience for us, every night before dinner we’d sit on the terrace to have a drink and watch the beautiful water views. Breakfast was included every morning had good variety: different styles of eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, and a dozen or more different pastries and cakes to choose from. The hotel also has a private elevator that is free to take (if you don’t take their elevator you pay 1.50 euro to take the public one each time) you directly to get down to the beach which made it easy for when we stayed at the beach club and had to get down to the Marina.

this is an excellent property in which to stay. Seaview from the dining room and access to the beach area was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and very nice various assisting in every way.
The only thing that I would like to critique is there is no place to open up your suitcases, and no option for storage of clothing during your stay the closet is very tiny. There were no dressers to put clothing in and storage of suitcases. Didn’t have a place to open except for the bed and no storage for them. Otherwise, we would come back to this property it was wonderful. The staff was amazing in both the reception area and restaurant

The hotel is located on the cliff, nice ocean view, beautiful garden. 10 minutes walking from train station. 2 minutes walking to beach, restaurants and shops. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent. Servants were friendly and attentive.

Excellent value! Service was the best! View of the bay and Vesuvius was fabulous. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Room was great!
