location is good which is not far from train & bus station. lemon farms right opposite to hotel is a bonus. however, rooms were not clean enough esp the blankets covering the bed were quite dirty. neither complimentary water bottle nor kettle in room was a minus. despite having air-con, it's forbidden to be turned on until summer months. somehow some towels smell cheesy tho looks clean in appearance. breakfast is pretty good

Great hotel , good location 10 mins walk to the centre, staff all very helpful, rooms very clean, I got a room on 5th floor with amazing views of sea, naples and vesuvius, food better than expected can't complain, there is a roof top area with su beds with great views, I honestly can't fault this Hotel, only one thing that disappointed me was no tea coffee facilities which I think is basic other than that it's good value for money.

Conveniently located, clean, and quiet. The man who worked overnight at the front desk was extremely helpful checking us in/out, getting us set up with breakfast, and generally helping us with anything we needed during our stay.

The hotel is in a very good location all be it on a very busy junction. Ear plugs are a must for a good nights sleep. Some of the staff are friendly others appear to be there under duress. The rooms are spotless and bed is comfortable also plenty of storage for clothes. The food wasn’t great breakfast was ample but the egg bacon and sausage were luke warm. Evening meals were very bland and again luke warm. We decided to eat out at extra cost to ourselves but the many restaurants in the area served up amazing local dishes. We will return to Sorrento in the future but we would not use this hotel

The modern hotel located in a walkable area of Sorrento. There is a lovely breakfast that is suitable for all. Staff is friendly and very helpful before and during the stay. An elevator is a big plus. The room decor is bright and cheerful.
