Location is difficult to access with nothing in walking distance, but the views are very nice. Food was ok. General appearance was good but my bathroom trash had not been emptied after the previous guest and smelled foul. We requested an extra towel for a 3-person room (only 2 are provided) and were told, very rudely, “there’s nothing I can do”. He didn’t even take the room number to follow up. After a second request with escalated rudeness from the evening male employee, we were told “give me 10 mins but it likely won’t happen”. We eventually received a towel - such a minor request, right? When relaying the unfortunate interaction to the morning employee, her only response was, “but you received the towel.” Our takeaway was this rudeness was standard operating procedure for the venue. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel is located on the top of a hill, 10 minutes ride to train station or city center. Not walkable. Beautiful view from the rooms and pool area.

Bel hôtel , les chambres un peu petites et clim bruyante .
Nettoyage des chambres pas au top , il manquait toujours quelque chose…
Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour
Personnel aimable et sympathique.
Pour le reste rien à redire .

Nydelig Hotel med fantastisk utsikt over hele sorrento. Bassenget og uteområdet er nydelig. God frokost, kunne vært litt mer av frukt, istedenfor masse kaker til frokosten. Vi spiste 3 middager på hotellet,, helt topp mat og service. Unngå pizza, det var kjøpebunn.
Det går buss til og fra sentrum fra morgen til kveld, men ikke hver time. Litt dårlig tilbud på bussen på kveldstid. Vi bodde på hotellet i 5 dager. Kan anbefales,, hvis man liker å kunne trekke seg litt unna støy og byen,, nyte en nydelig solnedgang

ART HOTEL GRAN PARADISO.
A estadia foi razoável. O conforto da instalação não é a mais desejável. A informação da dimensão do quarto é enganosa, pois a área da varanda é quase superior ao do quarto, então a área do quarto é igual as de outros apartamentos: 17 m2 e não maior que 30. A roupa de cama é boa, mas colchões sofriveis. A vista é muito boa, a piscina ótima. O atendimento da recepção varia conforme o horário. Café da manhã padrão. Se quiser um café expresso tem que pedir, pois não é oferecido. Se têm outras opções a ofertar não sei dizer. Garçons atendem bem
