Very satisfied with the hotel's service, late check-in, forgot to inform in advance, the receptionist arrived quickly. The room was clean, the breakfast was also very exquisite, and a detailed travel guide for the surrounding area was prepared for us. Next time I go there, I will choose this hotel to stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. First, before we ever checked-in, we worked closely with Luigi - the proprietor - to book nearby excursions, including a great boat trip to Capris, travel between Naples and Sorrento (via the Amalfi Coast!), and even helped us secure a driver last-minute when the local train system went on strike. Luigi went above and beyond and made our trip incredibly memorable. The room was comfortable, clean, and in close proximity to all the action in Sorrento. Breakfast was good, too, with fruit always on offer throughout the day. Can't recommend this place enough.

There could not be a better location to experience the magic of Sorrento! Located in the midst of the shopping and dining district of historic Sorrento, It is a wonderful thing to walk out your front door and begin to wander the various alleys and small passages for shopping, eating or to just go and the enjoy the views of Vesuvius. Luigi is not only an excellent host but a wealth of information concerning dining, tours and various transportation options. He is incredibly responsive from the moment you book yourself on line to when you finally arrive! Our modern room was fantastic...and very quiet considering where you are located! The owners have consistently worked to keep the hotel updated and in excellent working order. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, great air conditioning, modern windows to keep any outside noise...out! The bathroom is spacious with plenty of towels, The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. Our room had a small balcony which fit 2 chairs and overlooked a lovely court yard below. Breakfast was a great selection of cereal, breads, pastries, fruit and, of course, excellent cappuccinos! You couldn't find a better location to spend your days and nights!

FANTASTICO: Luigi, his family and staff are wonderful! Prior to our arrival, my wife and Luigi became pen pals. He texted and email, regularly, to ensure our visit was seamless. He asked about our wishes for restaurants, trips and shopping. He made multiple suggestions, assisted with arrangements and was constantly making sure we were happy. Of all the examples of his help and kindness was his text soon after we departed for Naples “are you guys safe on the bus”. Pure Italian hospitality!!! We will return! Noah and Lisa

Sorrento Flats was amazing from start to finish! Locations is in the center of the action. Luigi, owner, took such great care of us from the moment we booked until our departure. His beautiful mother prepared amazing goodies each morning at breakfast ~breakfast hostess was a jewel, & our housekeeping lady was on top everyday with our spotless room! (American Airlines lost both of our suitcases…..Luigi assisted daily checking on our bags! ) We would highly recommend Sorrento Flats! Until we see you again, Ciao!!!! ♥️

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. But most of all, the host, Luigi was the BEST. The most helpful hotel host I have ever dealt with. He helped us with our bags and kept in constant communication. The breakfast was delicious. I cannot compliment this place more. A must stay in Sorrento.

Sorrento flats was the perfect spot for us on our trip to Sorrento! The room was very clean, serviced daily and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, on the Main Street in downtown Sorrento- we could walk everywhere. From the minute we booked our room Luigi was the best host! He messaged us with all sorts of recommendations, answered all our questions and checked in with us each day of our trip. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us in the city. I highly recommend Sorrento Flats for your stay in Sorrento!
