Perfect location and facilities. Close to many shops and restaurants and with a good atmosphere. Adaptation of the staff to late check in but without the possibility of keeping the suitcases during the day.

Rente y jamas me mandaron las instrucciones para entrar, espere en un restaurante de junto para ver si mandaban y nada. Tuve que rentar otro lugar y lo peor es que al parecer no me haran devolución.

Address on ******* is wrong. Number was not in service, was unable to contact via ******* either. Found the property on google maps and it was 6 mins from the listed location on *******. The pictures of the listing matched the google maps photos, we got there and it was 5 flights of stairs to find a number on a door during the time they said they would have receptionists. Called and he spoke 0 English. Whatsapped msged him to find out I had no booking… and said it was already booked by someone else

It was an excellent location but more can be done by he host...simple things like have spoons for the tea area, and milk pods in the mini fridge. AC was never cold despite adjusting settings. Get a better mattresses, this one was soo soft and saggy a definite no if you have back issues.

Frustrating check in process
The check in process was stressful because the type of accommodation was unclear when booking and the host did not provide check in instructions prior to our arrival. The room itself was pleasant and we had a nice stay.

Great Hotel, nice location
When I booked this hotel, it stated that we would be greeted by staff, and that the hours were until 8PM. I was surprised when we got there, and there was a taped note on the door, asking us to contact them through an app. It took us 30 minutes to download the app.
Other than that, and the veeeeery slow elevator, the room itself was lovely. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable...although the mattress kind of caved to the middle...Would recommend the hotel absolutely...
