The service is very good, but the hardware is a little poor, the elevator does not work, and the floor buttons do not work.

The location was close to everything, the train station, the bus stop and restaurants. It was gated, and safe. The room was very comfortable with a balcony and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again if am ever in Sorrento.

The host reach out to me really quickly as this stay is an unexpected one. It all worked out very quickly 1 hr. Place felt safe. So close to the heart of the Corsa Italia main *****, laundromat, supermarkets & drink stores. Live saver.

Very unconventional but exciting. Difficult to locate at first but right at the tip of the Main Street. The staff was very accommodating and fun, gave great advice on dining, shopping, and night life. Only downside was the patio door didn’t close but other than that, fantastic!

A miserable experience.
The air conditioning was moving air but not cooling. We informed the host the morning after we arrived, but she insisted the a/c was "running". The room was sweltering day and night. We had booked 10 nights, but we were so uncomfortable that we cut our trip short and went home after only 5 days in Sorrento.
The room was modern and clean, but the host was not on-site and could only be reached by text and she would not respond for hours. She only came by once during the 5 days we were there. The "breakfast" was at a bar a quarter-mile away.
Because of the lack of responsiveness to our uncomfortable room, our trip to Italy was ruined. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CASA MATILDE.
