Estuvimos 2 noches y solo al llegar, la gente de recepción fue super amable, informandonos de todo lo que se podía hacer en la ciudad y ofreciendonos excursiones que fueron increibles, calidad precio es increible y el desayuno es de muy buena calidad, caminando 15 minutos llegas al centro. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva y si volvemos repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

O hotel tem um serviço horrível, vieram nos acordar as 3:38 da manhã para mudar o carro de lugar no estacionamento, sendo que haviam diversos espaços para estacionar os carros. Bateram na minha porta e eu acordei desesperada. A vista do quarto era para os fundos do hotel, onde mais parecia uma fazenda com varios animais. o café da manhã não era reposto e os funcionários super mal educados. Pode-se perceber isso pela resposta que o próprio hotel da para os cliente..... uma tristeza.... de mal a pior. Vejam as respostas do hotel para os cliente, eles mandaram meu amigo ir cagar.... onde ja se viu

Worst hotel I stayed at in all of Europe. There was a musty smell in the room, dirt and insects everywhere. Breakfast runs out and they don’t restock the food. The staff’s service is terrible and disrespectful. And to top it all off, they charged an extra fee at the end that was never mentioned beforehand.

Stanza piccolissima,armadio aperto,senza bidet, con parcheggio a pagamento pur nn essendo in alta stagione... senza ascensore... e di conseguenza nn accessibile nelle stanze per qualsiasi persona portatrice di handicap...il tutto per nulla menzionato nella descrizione dell'hotel su internet... a favore le camere nuove e pulite e colazione veramente ottima...

Hotel staff was great and very accommodating. They had a nice breakfast and good coffee.
Bagni Regina Giovanna is very close by so definitely check it out.
Could have used a kettle in the room and the parking is not free.
We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay more than one night.
