This is a lovely new property. Rooms are lovely & clean. Staff could not be any nicer or more accommodating! Perfect location. So many lovely little complimentary perks and staff always available to help with a smile. Highly recommend!

Great hotel they couldn’t do enough for you, only downside is the pool tiles get very slippery and my mum actually had a fall.

The hotel is located half way between the station and the harbour. From the top floor there are beautiful views and very relaxing. The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed. Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*. Look forward to returning.

Modern facilities and nice scenery.

Clean, modern, service impeccable and restaurant top notch. We were immediately greeted by staff who whisked us away to relax. Taking our bags and offering us a welcome cocktail. After a brief break they escorted us to our amazing high-tech room to explain details. Room is attended to twice daily and was spotless.

A beautiful hotel centrally located in Sorrento. It was completely refurbished and reopened in 2024. The new hotel is stunning. The rooms are very nice and our sea view was lovely. The staff were all impeccable with their service and always smiling. I couldn't fault the hotel so it's 5* from me.

4.8 out of 5.0 beautiful hotel, extremely clean, the pool and garden was perfectly maintained . Bar & restaurant staff attention to detail was perfect. The rooms were very new and the design was very nice. Unfortunately, the cupboard was not working, and we had to upgrade our room with a discount and a free massage, but this part of the service was not dealt with in the same level and we were left feeling like we were moaning when we couldn't unpack for a six day break. We did get there in the end. Just had that feeling of it being we were wrong, and the customer should never feel like that! At no other time were we made to feel like, and nothing was too much for the staff.

Fantastic hotel!!! Bed and pillows were very comfy, spacious room, huge bathroom. Room was very well equipped and we had a lovely sea view from our balcony. We had a lovely surprise of a mini chocolate cake for our anniversary. We had a great massage in the Spa as well as use of the other spa facilities (hydropool, Turkish steam room and sauna). Breakfast was amazing both with the great selection of food and the attentiveness of staff, nothing was too much bother. There is a lovely rooftop restaurant/lounge area. The hotel is in a really central location, approx 3 minutes walk from the central square area. We would definitely visit the hotel again

Stunning hotel! We had a suite with an ocean view and it was stunning. The staff is so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the rooftop bar has an incredible sunset view and is so luxurious, the spa is wonderful, the food is superb, and the flowers blooming on the grounds make everything smell like magic. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location is quiet and easy to walk anywhere. Truly a gem!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and amazing service and staff! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Gorgeous views and short walk to the Piazza Tasso, the marina and shopping. Don’t miss the rooftop lounge and bar area. We will ge back!

As soon as we arrived, it was clear this was somewhere special. Having opened earlier this year, the hotel is pristine and modern but with a very comfortable and friendly feel. Enrico made us feel like long lost friends, and ensured we fully settled in our spectacular room before leaving us to the welcome fruit platter and prosecco on arrival. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with balcony views over the hotels delightful gardens and pool. The bathroom was large, with robes, slippers and toiletries and a fantastic shower. The main bedroom has a huge bed, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary bottles of water, replaced daily, and good wardrobe space. The underfloor heating was very welcomed on the slightly chilly evenings, but the room was warm and controlled. The room controls were operated with a wave of the hand, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, a great variety of pastries, local produce, eggs to order, and delicious coffee, with an option to eat outside by the pool. The Lumi rooftop bar is wonderful and a great place to relax with spectacular views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius on a clear day. Antonio and Martina were always there with a smile and keen to hear of our experiences. The hotel is located a few hundred metres from Piazza Tasso, one of the main squares, and a good reference point for exploring Sorrento. Just off the Piazza are the main shopping, restaurant and tourist areas and the narrow winding streets are delightful. Guilia, one of the concierge, is a mine of local information and gave us some great options to enjoy during our stay. The main port is only a 5-10 minutes walk away from where we got the ferry to Capri. For the time of year, Capri was almost deserted, and many of the boutique shops closed, but so much easier to walk around, have a bite to eat and the mandatory limoncello spritz! Sorrento train station is also a few minutes walk from where the express train takes around an hour to get to Pompeii, stopping a hundred metres from the entrance to the site. We had the most wonderful 5 days in Sorrento, made all the more special by the Ara Maris and is fantastic staff. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Our stay at the hotel was beyond surpassed our expectation. The property and surrounding area was BEAUTIFUL!!!  Concierge staff was great with setting up our roundtrip transportation to/from airport, dinner reservations, and tours. All of the  other staff were just as amazing, especially the bartenders at Lumi Sky.  We spent our evenings at Lumi Sky watching the sunset drinking limoncello spritz and lemon drop martinis. The breakfast options were also great, but Lumi Sky in the evening was our favorite. I wish I could upload videos to show our room and how beautiful the garden and surrounding area is.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff amazing. Our family was a group of 7 ranging from 24 to 81 and all agreed that our stay was perfect. Special thanks to Gennaro and Melina who greatef us us like royalty ; Gaetano and his staff at breakfast including Vittorio and Emilio and the rooftop bar staff - Luigi Valentino Martina Antonio and Marco. Do not miss sunset at the rooftop bar. They even give you blankets when it gets chilly. We so hope we can come back again
