The room was clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning lady did a great job. However, I was not satisfied with the service from the owner.
We had discussed our arrival time a bit through the booking platform, but they didn’t read or respond to our messages for two days. One day before the check in, I tried reaching out via WhatsApp using the number provided on the platform, and thankfully, it worked. Only after I added them did they reply with check-in instructions and the room password.
I also requested additional hangers and Q-tips, which they assured me they would provide, but they never did.
The location is situated on a hillside, making it difficult to call an Uber or taxi. It’s easy to climb without luggage, but I strongly recommend arranging transportation in advance if you have heavy luggage.

Great bathroom, comfy bed, spacious room with a lovely city view. The staff was so nice and helpful, she introduced the local food, attractions and transportation to us patiently.

Beautiful room with mezzanine
Everything was great. Host very communication and helpfull.
We were 3 and was great
Well located in the pedestrian area..but parking is 5 min walk (20-35 euro/day)
Good to know:the stairs to go to the room are very steep and narrow.. in the room too...so need to be in shape...
Shared kitchen space to make coffee downstairs...(no fridge in rooms)

I’m waiting for ******* to refund money and then more stress trying to find a place to go in busy Sorrento place is a scam ‘and another couple has just flew in from Spain and has no room either even though they booked on ******* .
