very unfortunate, the room was dirty and smells dusty. amenities is not complete, TV is not working and the air conditioning wasn’t cool.

Overall, the place is good. Maybe not the best for foreign tourists. It’s more of a convention place for Indonesians. ATM is 15 minutes away walking. Plastic keys are a bit worn out but the room is very good. A view from my room and from the top floor is fantastic. Location wise maybe it could have been better to be closer to the ferry but a grab ride was only 50000 idr. Service was generally good but there were a number of misunderstandings all of which were resolved.

Em termos gerais, a estadia foi boa. O quarto é confortável e limpo, o café da manhã é variado. Os funcionários são gentis e esforçados, mas precisam ter melhor treinamento no uso do inglês. Eu solicitei o jantar no quarto e acabei recebendo um prato diferente do que havia pedido. Acredito que o recepcionista não entendeu direito meu pedido.

Staff at the front desk were nice and even let me check in early which was very much appreciated after a long two days of travel!! The massage I received in my room however was terrible, the masseuse was definitely not properly trained. I almost feel as though I felt worse after the massage than before - not worth the value. The bed linen had tiny little black hairs on the outside of the duvet, I didn’t want to look under because I needed sleep and didn’t want to think about it. The room was clean otherwise, and the amenities were nice — however I did see two roaches running about the room. One disappeared into a crack in the floor baseboard before I could kill it. Overall decent room for the rate. I would stay here again, just with different expectations. The food was good, but I had to go with my third choice because they were out of my first two requests.

This was a nice hotel before leaving on our liveaboard boat to Raja Ampat. The rooftop dining was good and food was also good. They will make you an omelette, but it’s a buffet breakfast that pretty much has everything. Reasonable rate for sure. Not too many employees with good English however, but we made it work.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while waiting for the first morning flight to Jakarta. The hotel is large and gives a good first impression. The rooms are basic but only have glass windows, not windows! Acceptable cleanliness but there was obviously a musty smell. Hot room despite the air conditioning. 3 stars only for the kindness of the staff, otherwise they would be 2.

Comfortable hotel located on the heights of Sorong, a little away from the city center. Kind and available staff. Nice room, clean and quiet air conditioning. Sea view. Good value for money. Special mention for the restaurant located at the top of the building with a view of the city and the sea. Super nice staff especially Tasya but service a little long. Breakfast is designed almost exclusively for Indonesians, which leaves only toast and eggs for those who don't want to tackle cooked meals first thing in the morning. It's a shame because the buffet is plentiful. There are few Western tourists in Belagri, this perhaps explains it.
