The hotel is excellent.... Stunning views with all the snow. The hotel restaurant is not worth anything, they don't have a kitchen and we had a terrible dinner after a day of skiing.

Très bel hôtel dans un joli cadre. La salle de repas est très belle, toute vitrée avec une jolie vue sur la montagne. Il n’y a pas de restaurant mais le snack propose tout de même un service à table avec une carte de pizzeria. C’est amplement suffisant quand on a juste envie d’une soirée cocooning à l’hôtel. La chambre avec mezzanine était parfaite pour 4. Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Et le matériel de la salle de gym est tout neuf et haut de gamme. Nous avons passés deux jours vraiment très agréables.

Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning location.
The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads.
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food.
The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment.
