Adequate for a one-night stay
A good place to stay for one night en route to Santander. It is very central. The room is small, so we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night. The shower is extremely (too) powerful and flooded the floor. One of the bath towels looked as though it hadn't been washed as it had marks on it and there was a bit of debris and some dust under the bed, which was disappointing. Apart from that, we would recommend for a cheap place to stay. There is an underground car park very close but it was quite costly at 15.50 Euros for a 24 hour stay. A nice 20 minute walk up to the mirador with views over the town and surrounding countryside.

llegamos al hotel a las 12:00 , no esistia personal . llamamos al timbre y nos dijeron que hasta las 15:00 no podíamos ocupar la habitación , sin opción de dejar las maletas en ningún sitio.. lo único bueno el aire acondicionado . sin agua caliente para ducharnos por la mañana antes de las 11:00

nous avons du attendre 30 minutes avant de pouvoir rentrer dans notre chambre car les clés n’étais pas dans le boîtier, la deuxième chambre réserver était déjà occupé ils ont dû nous séparer dans un autre hôtel, mauvaise expérience aucun geste

Fuimos con una experiencia Wonderbox, cogimos aparte de la noche que entraba otra más, de la cual nos dijo que la noche extra tenia un descuento. Unos días antes hablamos de un precio con descuento incluido, nuestra sorpresa fue que al abonar dicha noche cambio el precio, fueron 5 euros la diferencia, algo insignificante, pero fueron las formas en la que nos trato, incluso llegando a decirnos que cuando hiciésemos el abono nos daba el justificante para canjear el desayuno en la cafetería de al lado del hostal. La noche extra se la aboné vía Bizum la cual me pidió que lo hiciera sin concepto. Que nos pareció muy ilegal. La ubicación está en un lugar privilegiado, la habitación aceptable, muy justa de espacio, pero el servicio inexistente, toda comunicación a través de teléfono o vía WhatsApp. No recomiendo el sitio, es una pena por que esta super bien ubicado.

De los PEORES sitios para alojarse en Soria. CUCARACHAS de compañeras de habitación, ducha estropeada, aire acondicionado (tengo un ventilador de coche que da mas aire), NO HAY NADIE EN RECEPCIÓN... te atiende la chica de la heladería de al lado, en su página ponen un precio de parking y luego es más caro, les llamo por teléfono y sale el contestador, no responden a los emails, no tiene ascensor, ... LAMENTABLE. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que leo esto que no lo estoy exagerando para nada, no tireis vuestro dinero. Al menos las cucarachas eran simpáticas.

Lo primero que hay que tener en cuenta es que se trata de un hostal, no de un hotel, por lo que habrá a quien le parezca poca cosa, pero tiene todo lo que puedes precisar, a un precio razonable para estar en pleno centro, que es el mayor potencial del hostal. La habitación es pequeña pero bien aprovechada y para dormir sobra. Puedes contratar aparcamiento con el hotel, pero lo mejor es dejar el coche en el Interparking Plaza del Olivo, donde te cobran unos 6 euros por día, salvo que no vayas a sacar el coche hasta el día en que te vayas, en cuyo caso sólo pagas por un día. La única pega del hotel es que no tiene ascensor y que el aire acondicionado no me funcionó, aunque no me supuso mucho problema.
