We stayed in Gala while hiking in Norway with Distant Journeys. This hotel was under new ownership and it was fantastic. It is located at Langslavegen 6 in Gala. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The beds were fabulous. The food was delicious but the best part was the owners welcoming. They were so friendly and thoughtful. I recommend staying there if you are in that area of Noway. Past ownership gave this place a bad rep but these new owners have totally corrected that reputation.

Terrible service , bad food , no alcohol in the bar pit , cold rooms , not worth of that money 200 euro per night is way too much fo this sh.... !!!! There is some other hotels , nexxt time ill go there but never again to this place . If u want to waist your money and be pissed off this is place for u .

Incredible time in this typical hotel in a wonderful wild place. Very cozy little pretty rooms. A very very good evening and morning buffet with a dining room overlooking a magnificent lake A pleasant moment out of time
