Clean, modern hotel close to the old town city center. It's just 700 meters away by walk. Christmas vibes in main square with celebration lights and hot wine. Great atmosphere. It is nice to visit Sopron in every season of the year and Civitas Hotel is a great place to discover and with a good price.

Super great stay for visiting the city
Very nice, modern and pleasant hotel to stay. Bed and bed linen are good quality, enough big room with a big tv, fridge, there was also Nespresso coffee machine in the room. I liked bathroom the most :) - all was super, I definitely return back in my next stay in Sopron

This is a confortable and nice hotel. You will be amazed that everything you need is inside the room. Enjoyed the bathroom. The beds have good matresses. The heating/cooling is made through clima in the room, and in the bathroom there is a electrical heater. The breakfast room is so pretty, The personel is helpfull and the food is tasteful . Weakness: in the rooms with Windows at the street you can hear the cars, but for most People this is something usual.

Waren für 3 Tage mit unserem kleinen Hund in diesem schönen Stadthotel und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage beträgt höchstens 10 Gehminuten zur schönen Altstadt, einem tollen Café und dem sehr guten Deak Etterem Restaurant. Parken am besten für 10 Euro pro Tag in der großen Tiefgarage, alle Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind kostenpflichtig! Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, Frühstück in dem nicht sehr großen Raum bestens durchorganisiert, sodass man immer einen Platz bekommt. Zimmer gemütlich, aber schlicht eingerichtet. So gibt es keine Schränke, nur eine moderne Kommode mit Schubladen und eine Garderobe. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich mit guten Matratzen. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein kleiner Garten mit ein paar Liegen. Der Hund wurde liebevoll empfangen, es wurde ein Bettchen gebracht, 2 Näpfe und Leckerlis. Trotzdem halte ich den Betrag für 25 Euro pro Tag doch für überzogen, zumal wir in Ungarn bisher höchstens 12,50 Euro in einem Schlosshotel bezahlt haben. Die nähere Umgebung bis zur Altstadt wirkt sehr interessant, da viele Häuser nicht bewohnt sind und Ruinen gleichen. Direkt gegenüber der riesen Kasten steht leer. Dafür kann einem auch nicht in die Fenster gesehen werden. Besonders nachts wirkt das sehr spannend, trotzdem aber eine sehr sichere Gegend! Kleiner Supermarkt in der Hotelstraße keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Guter Tipp für Besichtigungen in der Altstadt, wo es kaum Parkplätze gibt und man durch eine Schranke muss.

We just visited you for the first time. Getting into the underground garage and parking was a bit difficult. At breakfast, the staff is kind and helpful. The food and drink selection is adequate. The cleanliness of the room (cobwebs and dust on the windowsills) and the descaling of the bathroom (the water did not come out of the shower heads properly) could be a little more precise. Anyway, we had a good time. We wish you many more guests!

Average hotel with basic services. I must say that we left with some bad mouth taste since the hotel charge an extra 15 euros for the bigger bathroom since our friend was not able to fit in to the double room´s bathroom with wheelchair, even though we have tried to get this clarified during the booking process with the hotel... I find it unfair and super rude to extra charge disabled visitors.

駅からは遠いけど、ホテル自体はとても快適。
内装もかわいらしく、設備も良い。
湯船があれば完璧だったけど（ホテルの説明では湯船がある部屋もありそう）、総合的にクオリティが高いホテル。
あと、付いている朝食がとても美味しかった！！
