I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The location was perfect — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Reception service friendly and professional. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Everything looks new, clean and bright. We payed 42 euro/night for the room, breakfast included for 2 persons + 1,5 euro/person/night tourist tax + 4,5 euro/night for the parking space. I think those prices can hardly be beaten if you consider the value you get for this. The parking area is within the hotel but the etrance is quite narrow and a bit difficult for a larger car. The parking area is a bit cramped too. Especially if most of the parking spaces are already occupied. ( about 7 or 8 places) Breakfast was plenty with warm (eggs and frankfurtes sausages and cold dishes. I would have no doubt in staying here again.

A comfortable hotel with many rooms and mainly business people staying in them. Our room faced a lane blocked at one end but still was noisy. The main problem was the automatic garage right underneath our room. Service was polite rather than friendly, German was spoken and English was not understood. Breakfast was average. Wi-fi was available for free but you had to sit in or near the lobby for it to work. The lobby was comfortable so that wasn't an issue. A reasonalbe place to stay in Sopron if you don't mind a few, small rough edges.

L'un des pires hôtels où je suis descendu : - pas d'eau chaude le 1er matin - petit déjeuner épuisé après 8h30 (avec un choix très succinct) - mobilier très vieux, post soviétique - pas de gel douche - pas de frigo - rideaux ne filtrant pas la lumière - aucune accommodation dans l'hôtel - tuyauterie bruyante : impossible de dormir plus d'une heure. On tombe par épuisement Horrible

Note negative: la ns. stanza n. 304 era rumorosa tutta la notte (forse era una caldaia); non hanno mai aspirato la moquette della camera per tutto il ns. soggiorno di 5 notti! ; mancava una vera finestra, ma solo una botola di cui allego foto; hotel non adatto ai portatori di handicap in quanto manca ascensore; poca cordialità del personale. Solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato in anticipo l'intero importo del soggiorno ci hanno chiesto un supplemento di euro 10 per il cane a notte!!! Abbiamo scelto il parcheggio dell'hotel a 10 euro a notte perchè le alternative proposte era molto scomode e pure a pagamento. Purtroppo ci siamo accorti solamente l'ultimo giorno che i parcheggi comunali nel periodo del ns. soggiorno erano gratuiti, ma nessuno dell'hotel ci ha informato. Note positive: Hotel in centro, ottima posizione in zona storica di Sopron; all'arrivo camera pulita; buona la colazione sia salata che dolce. Quindi buona la posizione ma hotel da evitare.

Отель расположен в историческом центре (старом городе), внутри него. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Номер оборудован всем необходимым. При пользовании душевой кабиной возникли определенные трудности (один из кранов нужно было не вращать, а наклонять), персонал пришел на помощь и быстро помог разобраться с возникшей проблемой. Звукоизоляция недостаточна - слышно присутствие соседей в соседнем номере (хорошо, что номер был угловой и, соответственно, соседи только с одной стороны). При раннем отъезде персонал подготовил ланч-бокс с завтраком в дорогу. Самые хорошие впечатления от посещения этого отеля.
