We had an experience full of unfortunate circumstances, the power went out and they had no plant. We had no air conditioning at night, the construction workers started making noise at 6 am. The pool was absolutely dirty and full of green slime, we couldn't enjoy it. The music was on and off all day. All day we expressed our dissatisfaction with the different situations at reception, since we were staying two nights we wanted to leave but it was not an option. We did not receive any discount or any compensation for all the damages that were presented to us. A dissatisfied guest is easy to handle as long as there is a willingness and response, but in this case we did not receive any positive response. In general, there was too much disagreement with the guests we had contact with. The place is beautiful, but the price is not compensated by the experience we receive nor do they have a timely response to unforeseen events that arise
