Best Breakfast EVER! I never had Poached Pears before but pretty sure Rhonda's is world class! Everything she makes is delicious! She also caters to individual dietary needs. Rooms are amazing with its own historical flair. I would stayed in my room all day if I could.

This place is amazing and the hosts are just as amazing. We had the place to ourselves and Rhonda and Fred were such a pleasure to speak too. The food was professionally exquisite. The history of the house is so educational and to think we stayed where some great Americans of the past stayed. We did a side trip to Colombia and it was free and fun. Don’t miss a chance to stay here.

A unique property lovingly restored by the present owners. The house is absolutely packed with charming knick-nacks and antiques collected over the years and used to bring back to life what was a modern wealthy family home of the past century. Comfortable beds, delightful bathrooms and living/reading rooms available for guests with snacks and coffee at all times. Absolutely delicious gourmet breakfast....plan to skip lunch! Such a unique experience with every little detail considered. The breakfast was out of this world - two courses including poached pear with vanilla cream to start with. And the beds were super comfortable so we slept very well. Everything was very clean too.

There was truly a magic that was wonderful throughout our visit. Some much to see and take in throughout the rooms and history. The high points were the breakfasts and visiting with the owner. With the seasonal decorations, we will look forward to a winter, spring and summer visit.
