Very good service and very impressed with everything. Staff esp mr. Surya and rashmita gave us very good attention and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend the greenwood hotel. We loved the food too.

Shower hot water was a bit of an issue.. nice and hot some days, other days barely lukewarm. Apart from that, had a nice stay. Helpful, friendly staff; clean room; breakfast with floor-to-ceiling windows with a lawn view.. thanks to all on front desk, all in restaurant, and Sunny, Parag, Ankur, Bilton and Jaya.

Stay upto weeks. Nice accomodation with open window, hygiene surroundings and supportive staffs at hotel. Booking at hotel become smooth with call to Mr. Siba Das. Food offers at hotel includes all varieties of cuisine, including south indian also.

Rooms were good and comfortable, but breakfast was not good, poor selection of food and even the taste is not good. However we enjoyed the dinner very much , it was excellent .
Location did not matter to us , since we were on Enroute to Gauhati

Nice food and service. I do appreciate the cheerful and energetic service provided by Barnali, Jaya and Anita. The overall hospitality of the hotel staff was awesome. I highly recomend Greenwood hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff and serene atmosphere.
