I really loved the place, it was good and the staff was friendly, their room was neat and clean.

Hotel staff were courteous, had to wait at lobby for 15-20 mins as room was not ready, room was clean except that telephone was not working.

Premises are average to good but i am very disappointed with behaviour at reception as i asked for tax invoice during checkout which they unable to provide me as they said have no provision of giving invoice, even i requested for manager to talk they denied for the same where i have requested and they behaved rudely saying they worked in guwahati no record of giving such invoice while booked by makemytrip like platform. As makemytrip team clearly said to collect the tax invoice from hotel during checkout and even we need the proof of staying for office personal records.

Very slow service, ordered a dal tadka waited for 40 minutes, went again to the counter complained then got, no spoon, no toothpick, no napkins, everything u need to ask repeatedly , management must work on this
