房間環境和温泉都還挺好的，就是酒店2樓的餐廳非常離譜，晚上18點到餐廳點的菜，18點40幾才上第一個，這還是中間發火去催了三次的，我們到的時候前面也沒幾桌，硬是把前面幾桌的菜全上完了才開始給我們做，結賬也不給開發票。下次如果有機會再來泡温泉，會直接去對面餐館，再也不去2樓餐廳

就是説這個馬桶蓋能不能修一下啊。房間隔音也很差，走廊的聲音聽得一清二楚，隔壁房間的聲音也能聽見。房門還有一條縫會漏光。空調聲音也很大。
温泉據説也不如以前，維護得不太好，有三分之一是關閉的，還有的泡池漂滿死皮。鹽浴是承包給個人的，單獨收費，但是衹有一個人負責，人多的時候老闆都忙不過來。

離市區比較遠，在山裡開了很久車才到，但是酒店挺大的，環境和建築都可以，房間很乾凈還有陽台，空間很大，美中不足是沒有全身鏡

已經無力吐槽了,酒店老舊，欠缺維護隔音效果差,所謂的温泉不比澡堂的水池多,設施欠缺維護,衞生條件堪憂

我明明搜尋的五星級酒店.奔着條件好點去的 酒店也很遠.旁邊幾乎什麼都沒有、天氣冷 我帶着倆孩子，進去大廳 冷颼颼.我還沒在意 辦完入住 進到房間 地暖也沒有 房間也不是暖和的 要開一會空調.環顧了一下四周 我決定去找服務員問.為什麼顯示的五星級是這種條件.前台服務員告訴我 五星級不是她們自己評的 我也不明白為什麼在攜程顯示五星級是這種條件！早餐也是一言難盡.我們到達的時候已經晚上七點的樣子 地理位置遠 不然我高低要退錢了 走人.大家自己看圖吧

房間很大。但是隔音不好，關門自動很大力，還有就是下水道堵塞，出水要麼很燙要麼冷水，希望能改進，入住時候幾點早餐，温泉時間，之類，服務枱都不加説明。
