位置比較偏，停車不方便
以為是文藝民居，實際上是一條破敗老街的老房子
房間設施還算齊全，但是房間內非常非常非常非常陰暗，體驗很不好。
後面幾天訂了別的酒店，價格便宜很多，各種綜合比這個酒店好，綜上這個酒店總結價格偏高。
前台長期無人，下午四五點辦理入住房間還沒收拾出來，服務上差點意思。

古色古香的小房子，裝修還有房間衞生都不錯，在本地很有名的餐廳三九房餐廳對面，距離老街很近，就一公里左右，可以步行打卡這座古城

位置很好。南臨大河，北距老街很近。出行購物遊玩太方便了。第一次來松陽，很多房子太有年代感了，都是兒時記憶中的，很有感！

五百一晚的房間 連瓶瓶裝水都沒有，大半夜渇醒，水都沒得喝，隔音也差

離松陽老街不遠，步行大約7-8分鐘，就在江邊的路向裏3-4米。整個房子和房間就是江南的老房子的樣子。清荷語是二樓房，有個落地窗可以看外面，當然鄰居也能看進來。由於老房子，所以樓板走起來是有聲音的。安全，但帶活潑的小朋友或者本身自己腳比較重的，建議選一樓。民宿和對面的三九餐廳同一個老闆，所以老闆待在對面的時間更多些。

1.1.8米床而已，居然説2米，被誤導。
2.房間在一樓西北角，房間有帶玻璃的門，但是打開就是一面牆壁，沒有窗。説有窗，衞生間有窗，但是邊上是馬桶。
3.電視機遙控都沒準備，到處找老闆，找不到。
4.沒有免費水準備。
5.茶杯一個沒杯蓋，茶壺的插座就是如圖，夠不到。相當於燒水得在牀頭櫃。
6.沒有書桌和餐桌，所謂的沙發就是單人搖椅沙發僅此一個。
7.裏面很陰潮，被套應該換過，但是翻開來確實有頭髮。
8.入住時衞生間的捲筒紙如圖衹有一點點也沒換新的。
9.牀頭櫃插座如圖，燒水和手機充電沒法同時進行。
10.所謂木質結構就是房頂木質，隔音極差，上面房間輕輕走不單單被影響，幾噶幾噶，總有一種兮兮莎莎掉灰塵的感覺（可能心理作用很不爽）
11.智能門鎖，對不起，沒有，就是普通鑰匙開，連鎖門都得鑰匙鎖。
總的來説，極度對不起這個價格在古街附近可能普通賓館都比這個強。無語。
