Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended.

This B&B has clean, tidy rooms with complete amenities. The owner proactively contacted me by phone to arrange a pick-up at the station and let me know the price for a shared ride, so I didn't get ripped off. I also rented a car directly from her to visit the attractions, eliminating the hassle of finding one outside, and the price was reasonable. I booked late and didn't get a larger room, but when one became available, the owner proactively asked if I needed a change. The breakfast was delicious, like Japanese food, with individual portions for each person, and refills available. We even had some packed up for us. I also want to give a special thank you to the owner. I bought some local specialties from Songpan that were difficult to carry, and she enthusiastically delivered them to my home. That was so thoughtful! Songpan's Zaga Waterfall is amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the ancient city. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu, and I definitely recommend staying at this B&B again. It was a truly wonderful experience! 👍

It's a very beautiful homestay. I took a video and sent it to my friends, all of whom praised it for being so nice. The owner's service warmth is everywhere, he is positive and enthusiastic. When the room was cold, the owner brought heaters and snacks, and answered all my questions. The bathroom area in the room is separated into wet and dry areas. The solid wood bed is comfortable and stable to sleep on. The hygiene is extremely meticulous. The room facilities are complete. I especially like the medical-grade oxygen on the bedside table. The key is the excellent geographical location, in the center of the ancient city, easy to go out, and surrounded by food streets, which is quite convenient.
