服務態度差，訂的房間和給的房間不一樣，房間沒有一次性託鞋，紙巾，沒有飲用水，而且水壓特別小，馬桶也是壞的，房間內有異味，電視機沒有插座就是樣子貨，空調噪音特別大影響睡覺。

這個酒店很值得信賴
真實評價，堅決抵制亂評，以及任何不真實的評價。
由於這家酒店的老闆是新接手的這家酒店，所以酒店之前在平台上的評價就是過去式了！！！
對於有些評價表示該酒店沒有洗漱用品，原因是在高原地區，一次性用品會被管制，所以不會放在房間裏。如果需要一次性洗漱用品和吹風機可以去前台要的。
還有這裏的地板，踩着是真的舒服，去九寨溝玩一轉回來，踩着這個地板真的不要太爽。
酒店乾淨衞生，也沒有異味。
總之，這就是一家被評論耽誤的寶藏酒店！！！

叫温泉賓館實際是沒有温泉的，房間比較簡陋，空調就是個擺設，房間連一次性拖鞋都沒有，基本都是接團的，也就價格比較親民。

確實不怎麼樣。豪華標間，不讓用空調。且，熱水不熱，根本沒法洗澡。wifi也打不開。是不是需要一個翻譯，或者，怎麼給他們説，什麼叫“豪華”
