This hotel is rated as 4 stars by Ctrip, which is completely deceiving consumers. I rarely give bad reviews to this hotel, but I am really disappointed with the poor hygiene and bad air. There are still a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, and the sheets are stained. I feel itchy and uncomfortable when I lie in the quilt. The air circulation is very poor. There is only a small window that can be opened a little bit. We opened the window and it was stuffy when we slept. There is no air conditioning for ventilation, only floor heating, and it feels like we are here to absorb formaldehyde. After turning off the lights, there is still a white moth flying in the room. Because I was too tired to climb Jiuzhaigou that day, I arrived at the hotel at night. If I went there during the day, I would definitely change hotels immediately.
