還可以房間蠻大 設施很新都還可以離古城很近 就是剛剛進房間有股味道不知道為什麼 其他都很好很好 喜歡松潘這個小城市 一塊錢一串的牛肉串 二道海和草原也很漂亮 我還會再來下次還會來這個古城的 還會來這個酒店的

本來開始覺得老闆挺熱情，體驗還挺好的。結果一出現問題就完全是另一副嘴臉。
勸大家要來的這裏入住的慎重考慮！出了問題是真的不解決，推卸責任！
這家酒店的毛巾出現毛髮的概率異常之高，去跟前台反應，前台第一時間推卸責任，説這些都是統一拿去清洗的，遇到這種事情沒辦法，她們也避免不了。？？？我想説，你們做酒店的，最基本的衞生都保證不了，怎麼做酒店！
第二點，要酒店提出解決方案，酒店拒不提供，反問我們“你們到底想怎麼樣？”我説這話啥意思，搞得像是我們在找茬，對方説“現在給我的就是這種感覺”，甚至到後面直接説懷疑是我們自己把毛巾弄臟了，真是給我氣笑了，本來沒多大事，就想要個態度，結果就是這態度，解決方案從頭到尾就是不提，還説“要是我們提出瞭解決方案，你不滿意怎麼辦”？請問你提供了嗎，就説我們不滿意，哦，在酒店眼裡，客人衹要出現了問題就是故意來找茬兒是嗎？
全程對話以酒店逃避責任為主，爭執過程中，我拿起手機錄像取證，被對方人身攻擊，説我很討厭，請問我作為一個合法公民，我使用保障自己權益的方法也不行嗎
最後，我們上樓收拾行李準備退房，在退房之前給了酒店最後一次機會，説希望能在12點之前收到一個滿意的解決方案，直到我們退房了對方也沒有任何反應。
大家出來玩都是開開心心的，千萬不要因為選錯了酒店影響心情！避雷避雷避雷！

經常出去玩，很少寫評論。這家酒店是我這次川西之行住過最不滿意的一家。第一，甲醛味重一進門，就有一股很大的裝修味道；第二，窗户不能完全打開，導致不能很好的散味和通風，我們住的那一面就是一堵很高的牆，牆和窗户之間間隔不到10cm。第三，最看中的衞生問題，床單上有頭髮，桌上有頭髮絲，凳子上還有一根人體毛髮，晚上發現地漏周圍還有幾根頭髮。

位置稍微有點靠裏，窗户外面是城牆，相當於沒有窗，旁邊是菜市場，大早上有人燒柴，飄的屋裡全是煙。
