房間挺大的，老闆人也很好👍九寨溝真的很美雖然有點高反而且氣温很低但是來這一趟真的很值得推薦推薦贊贊贊

前台服務人員態度很一般，酒店偏僻，不好打車，你問前台人員，她就説可以打車，等了30分鐘都沒有約到車，很麻煩。早餐基本就是蔬菜。 衹有客服服務人員態度較好。 現在阿壩州晚上基本零度，都沒有空調和地暖，非常冷，很無語。下次不會在入住了。

The breakfast staff asked us four times if we were from this hotel. We said yes and showed him the order on Ctrip before letting us eat. While we were eating, he came over to ask again. We were sure it belonged to this hotel, and they had to check our room card. After reading the room card, we were allowed to eat. Breakfast consisted of pickled steamed buns, bean sprouts, and white porridge. The experience was very poor. We were given a room at the end of the corridor with four large suitcases. All the rooms in front were empty and we were not allowed to stay. The carpet was useless and the wheels of the suitcase were broken. We only received so much shower gel. It cost a dime for a small bag, and the shower head was like a 70-year-old man's. The breakfast only had eggs, rice porridge, pickles, and steamed buns with cracked walnuts. My friend couldn't get out of bed for breakfast, so I got two more eggs each.
