很好，很滿意

前台服務人員態度很一般，酒店偏僻，不好打車，你問前台人員，她就説可以打車，等了30分鐘都沒有約到車，很麻煩。早餐基本就是蔬菜。 衹有客服服務人員態度較好。 現在阿壩州晚上基本零度，都沒有空調和地暖，非常冷，很無語。下次不會在入住了。

非常不滿意！水非常非常小，根本沒法洗，這邊沒空調可以理解，但是浴室浴霸也沒有！前台入住時候看有客人下來買水，問有沒有水？説有，然後到房間一瓶水都沒有！重點！！！早上6點20有人敲門，然後直接刷房卡開門！還好不是一個人獨住不然嚇死，退房跟前台反應，很輕描淡寫説可能人員開錯了，一點不安全！！！
