This hotel is located within the ancient city walls, making it convenient for getting around while still being quiet despite the bustling surroundings. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although it wasn't quite cold enough for the underfloor heating to be on, the staff promptly provided a heater at our request, making the room perfectly warm and comfortable. The hotel's decor has an antique charm, with beautifully arranged ornaments and harmonious color schemes, showing a lot of care in its design. Even just walking around the hotel felt very pleasant. The service was excellent; despite the lack of an elevator, staff helped carry our luggage to our room. The hotel also offered a complimentary custom-made breakfast, which could be refilled as needed. The food was delicious, featuring porridge, pickles, vegetables, eggs, and multigrain options, providing a balanced and nutritious meal with plenty of fiber and protein. Overall, considering the ambiance, value for money, and service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

This B&B has clean, tidy rooms with complete amenities. The owner proactively contacted me by phone to arrange a pick-up at the station and let me know the price for a shared ride, so I didn't get ripped off. I also rented a car directly from her to visit the attractions, eliminating the hassle of finding one outside, and the price was reasonable. I booked late and didn't get a larger room, but when one became available, the owner proactively asked if I needed a change. The breakfast was delicious, like Japanese food, with individual portions for each person, and refills available. We even had some packed up for us. I also want to give a special thank you to the owner. I bought some local specialties from Songpan that were difficult to carry, and she enthusiastically delivered them to my home. That was so thoughtful! Songpan's Zaga Waterfall is amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the ancient city. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu, and I definitely recommend staying at this B&B again. It was a truly wonderful experience! 👍

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food. The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options. Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan.

The room is spacious, the decoration style is modern and simple, I like it very much; the whole house is smart, and Xiaoai butler is very good; the mattress is very comfortable, giving people a good sleep; the location is very good, you can see the scenery. The front desk is very welcoming. Next time I travel to western Sichuan, I will stay in Shangjing.

The hotel experience was excellent! The location is superb, just one kilometer from Songpan Ancient Town and less than a two-hour drive from Jiuzhaigou. There are numerous restaurants nearby, offering local delicacies right outside the door. The rooms are spacious and bright, with smart home controls throughout, including a smart toilet and robot delivery service – super convenient! The facilities are also comprehensive, with free parking, a laundry room, a gym, and a generous buffet breakfast. The staff are warm and attentive, even providing travel tips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Songpan!

Traveling during the National Day holiday, this B&B offered great value for money. If we had booked any later, it would have been impossible to get a room. We arrived early, and the owner even upgraded our room. The room faced the main road, which gave us a better view, and I thought it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. With the windows closed, there was no sound. The room facilities were new and clean, with good quality hardware, and the bed was comfortable. There's also underfloor heating, so those planning to visit in winter don't need to worry. Most importantly, the owner's family was incredibly kind. In the morning, when they heard we were going to the ancient town, they even flagged down a local passing car for us, which gave us a free ride. I also overheard the owner arranging a chartered car for another guest to Muni Valley, which was such a good deal. We paid 80 per person the day before, but the owner found a ride for only 50 per person. That's incredibly fair and honest. I truly recommend everyone choose this place. The people in the town are very friendly, and this season is when local pears are harvested, so everyone offered them to us for free. It was really heartwarming! Also, I recommend the boardwalk near the county town; climbing to the top will show you a different kind of beautiful scenery!

Most importantly, I also experienced the happiness of picking up the fungus. The boss personally took it. Not only did he pick up the fungus, but he took a lot of beautiful photos. Avoided a good pit, this time I came to Jiuzhaigou to experience a different service. It is really a treasure homestay, it is worth everyone to go.
