Grand Rezen Hotel Hotels in Songpan

Unfortunately, this is not a place I’ll return. Stayed at the hotel with a bunch of friends. Without checking our passports thoroughly, the front desk insisted that there was no reservation under my name. This went on for 20 minutes until I contacted Trip.com (which had excellent service) and hotel then said they have my reservation and it was my friend’s reservation that was missing. Front desk was not detailed and was in a rush to turn us away. Morning breakfast buffet was rather unappealing with food not tasty. Overall, hotel felt very old and was not maintained well.
