Good staff and hotel near to floating market but hotel facilities is not so convenient for the price that i paid.. hair dryer need to borrow from lobi and return as we finish use it.. the worst is iron and iron board. They only have 1 and i need to go up and down lobby just to use iron.

The hotel is new. The room is huge and super clean. Room with balcony with a park and main street view. Plus point, you can enjoy Netflix in your room for free. Inside the room, you will be served with free snacks + coke. Nearby, a walking distance to 7e (a big and less crowded outlet) Just right next to hotel, there is a self service laundry shop. Walking to Lee Garden will take about 10-15min. Shower water pressure is awesome and hot & cool function well. Minus point: The property got no elevator. You need climb up to 3rd floor.

Revisiting Hatyai and Songkhla. Hotel is closed to Diana Shopping complex (150 metre walk), Greenway night market (about 800 metre walk) and Central Festival Shopping Complex (1km walk). Overall, I think this hotel is not bad. However, one thing I really cannot accept is that there is no hair dryer provided in the room, nor is one available to borrow from the reception. As a foreigner with long hair, I found this very inconvenient. Because of this, I don't think I will stay here again.

Staying in such a clean, new modern hotel, I can't help but praise it. For me, the best plus is that there are plenty of parking spaces, about 7-11 (just so much next door), and there are many restaurants nearby (some are halal restaurants) The coffee house made by the hotel is really great! The modern style decorated room is very clean and you can choose the TV channel as much as you like. Wi-Fi in the lobby and room is free and the signal is stable! It takes only 10 minutes from the city center of Hat Yai. It is very convenient to come here by tuk tuk and the staff is very friendly. Especially thanks to Joe (he may be the manager) for paying great attention to the needs of the guests and the suggestions are particularly useful. :-) I will definitely choose the hotel in Hat Yai in the future according to such standards! highly recommended!

Nice hotel, but unfortunately you need to upgrade your cleanliness in the front lift, Please clean our room & change the towel, we need to call the reception to request them to do it. You can ask the in house guest whether they want to clean the room or not.
