Zimmer und Bad sehr gut, groß. Frühstück ausreichend, für diese Hotelkategorie schwach, wenig Auswahl, selbst, wenn man berücksichtigt, dass man in Italien ist. Kein Wlan im Zimmer, funktionierte trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage an 2 Tagen nicht. sehr zentral, Parkplatz 15€

Veramente un hotel 🔝…a partire dalla reception per finire con le pulizie direi tutto ottimo. Stanze ben tenute, calde ed accoglienti. Personale gentilissimo. Spa piccola ma accogliente. Posizione ottima. Unica pecca forse una colazione un po’ troppo scarna rispetto a tutto il resto. Consigliato.

Soggiorno di una notte in una camera doppia mansardata di dimensioni più che adeguate, bellissime le travi a vista e simpatiche le finestrelle (c'è anche un grande Velux); materasso super comodo e molto gradita l'acqua in omaggio. Bagno molto grande, a disposizione oltre al set di asciugamani anche accappatoi e ciabattine. Cena e colazione all'altezza, piatti abbondanti e servizio celere. Molto silenzioso. Ambienti comuni assai gradevoli, sui quali vale la pena soffermarsi. Una piacevolissima sorpresa a Sondrio.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questa bella struttura, essendo di passaggio per Tirano ( trenino rosso del Bernina.) La posizione è centralissima. La nostra camera confort dava proprio sulla piazza. La camera è spaziosa, molto pulita e con letto veramente comodo. Comodo anche il parcheggio nel piazzale sul retro (anche se a pagamento). Ottima colazione sia con salato che con dolce. Massima gentilezza da parte delle impiegate addette alla reception, Sara e Stella. Se dovessi tornare a Sondrio, tornerei sicuramente in questo Hotel

Camere molto spaziose e pulite, fastidioso il lenzuolo che non copre tutta la persona ma lascia scoperti i piedi, in realtà sono sacchi per piumini ma sarebbe auspicabile essere coperti completamente. La colazione è banale per essere in un hotel di quella portata. Personale gentile, ma non so perché l'atmosfera mi sembra asettica. Il parcheggio privato è scoperto e costa molto, quindi meglio lasciare la macchina fuori dove il pagamento del parcheggio ha costi accettabili

Hotel bellissimo ed elegante in pieno centro in un palazzo storico ma perfettamente al passo con i tempi. Personale gentile e preparato, camere accoglienti e colazione molto valida. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno sotto tutti i punti di vista

I loved this hotel and the staff. The bathroom was big, clean, and well appointed with large sink/counter, large shower, and even slippers. The bed is wonderful - comfortable with very nice bedding. Thank you to Ilaria for helping book our taxi back to the train station. Location is safe with a fun vibe. I regret we will miss the breakfast. Post COVID quality can vary from pre COVID. Not here! Beautiful building with character and elegance.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La camera bellissima, spaziosa e pratica. La cena sublime, lo staff di una gentilezza infinita, la colazione buona. La posizione ottima, centrale ed in piazza e, nonostante questo, non mi ha disturbato nessun rumore esterno.

No tengo más que palabras de encomio para con este hotel y su personal. Comodidad, elegancia y buen gusto en las instalaciones, excelente disposición y cordialidad para hacer más grata la estadía del huésped. Desayuno variado y suculento y ubicación ideal. Calidad de servicio y precio, acordes. Más no se puede pedir. Volveré sin dudarlo.
