Schönes angenehmes Hotel mit einigen Serviceproblemen Gefallen · Schöne große Zimmer, im Restaurant freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen. Schöner Pool und gute Lage. Nicht gefallen · Im Zimmer fehlten Zahnputzbecher, Kleiderhaken und Aufhängemöglichkeiten, schief aufgehängte Bilder und Spinnweben hinter den Lampen. Die Rezeption war nicht immer professionell besetzt oder gerade belegt. Es gab Probleme mit dem Internet, dem Fernsehen und der Aircon, nach Reklamation mußten wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Dort fehlte allerdings der Schlüssel zum Safe und war nicht mehr auffindbar. Im Bereich Service gibt es erhebliche Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Everything from the friendly and knowledgeable gentleman at reception to the amazing staff and food at Pescao our trip was everything we hoped and more. The attention to detail impressed me as I’ve worked in hospitality for over 30 years and you can tell this is a tightly run ship and hats off to management. They recognized us at the pool and restaurant daily and housekeeping replaced used beach towels left outside on patio without being asked plus all the other small things such as bikes to ride around town. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back!

Visited for 4 nights and would recommend above the other hotels in Santa Catalina. A very relaxed atmosphere with great pool and restaurant area to hang out.

This hotel was a little bit away from the main area in Santa Catalina, but walkable to the two main beaches. Nice lazing areas on the property, and access to kayaks and the water. Though no real beach, just a rocky entrance.

Bellissimo resort proprio sulla spiaggia nella località di Santa Catalina. La stanza quadrupla spaziosa, letto king + letto a castello, con un bagno con doccia bella grande. Diversi spazi per riporre le proprie cose. Un'amaca per ogni stanza nel patio e sedia e tavolino comodi per appoggiare le cose del mare. Fantastica la piscina a sfioro con vista sull'oceano. Abbiamo cenato una sera al ristorante con meravigliosa vista e a parte l'attesa un pochino lunga abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene a prezzo ragionevole. Biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti per spostarsi, comunque la bellissima Playa Estero si raggiunge anche in 10' a piedi.
