Grupotel Club Turquesa Mar

This is the third consecutive year we have been to the Club Turquesa Mar. The only down side to this years trip has been the overcast weather but the hotel is as excellent as the previous years.

We had a lovely family holiday at this hotel …the rooms could do with upgrading ..but they were adequate …Restaurants were lovely …great choice of food but unfortunately there is far too much waste which is sadly down to the guests …Staff were excellent …Pool area is lovely and well maintained..including life guards who were really attentive and so friendly and accommodating…Children’s entertainment was brilliant and the TUI representatives work so hard to ensure a great holiday

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Highly recommend for families.. everything was perfect. The food was plentiful, varied and delicious.. one of the best all inclusive buffets we’ve been to. Hotel very clean, apartment was big and clean. A big shout out to all the TUI entertainment staff.. I won’t single out anyone because they were all fantastic, all so happy smiling running all the activities during the day and then also brilliant singers & dancers in the evenings .. a credit to you TUI! Cannot fault hotel, always plenty of sun beds and tables ect so always felt relaxed not having to rush to get a seat / bed at any point. Plenty of bar staff and good beer / cocktails. Loads of activities for the kids.. would come again.

We have just come back from the loveliest family holiday! The staff at Turquesa Mar were so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the head chef in the dining hall. He always made an effort to welcome us and ask us how we were. The pizza was also incredible! Definitely mine and my daughter's favourite food there haha! Another shout out to the TUI rep Ryan! He was so helpful and answered any questions we had. He even helped to locate a place that did Jet skis on the island! (Thank you!) The next, very special shout out, needs to go to your entertainment team! Without the entertainment team I honestly don't think our holiday would have been as good as it was! Especially; Anna, Alex, Yollie & Irene were absolutely amazing with our daughter Mabel. They helped her confidence grow as the holiday went on! They included her and made her feel very comfortable. We've even had to create a holiday song playlist at home so she can pretend to be you guys and put on shows herself to us haha!! TUI bots 'higher' song being her favourite! You are all so talented and we thoroughly enjoyed your shows! One of our favourite shows, that just wouldn't go right for you both, was the 'big bang' with Alex & Anna, it was hilarious haha! You're all a credit to the hotel! Back to the hotel, we loved the wooden box you provided for people to put things in to share, such as; we were able to save money on buying our own parasols for the beach by using ones people had left. We then returned them for someone else to use. It's a great idea! If we had to say one thing that could have been improved it would have been a few more parasol umbrellas round the pool area! The pool was great but some days if we went out in the morning first and came back to the pool, we didn't have a sun lounger with shade available. All in all it was a great family holiday and we would love to come again one day.

We’re just returning from a brilliant week at this hotel. I don’t normally write reviews but after the efforts made to ensure my family and I had the most incredible week I felt a review had to be left on this occasion! For starters the hotel, it is clean, well set out and the rooms are to a good standard. The beds are comfortable and the cleaners do a great job of maintaining the rooms throughout the stay. There are plenty of sun loungers for all guests, we tended to stay around the activity pool and getting a spot for the day was never a problem. The all inclusive, drinks were great - there is a wide choice of local spirits and the beer is good. Wine, cocktails, milkshakes and soda for the kids were all included. The snack bar was a great top up if needed with burgers and toasties etc but the main event for us was the hotel restaurant. We were never disappointed by the food, the choice is so vast and with different themed nights you’re never short of options, nor does it become boring same olds each night. The hotel chef takes real pride in his food and will engage with all guests, catering to their needs and talking about his dishes with you. Special mention to Sidi, top work! Finally the entertainment, it is all day and caters to all ages. We had an 8 year old son with us that made great friends on this trip around the entertainment area, there are live singers round the pool, on an evening some incredible shows and the TUI Blue staff can’t do enough for you. Special mentions to Alex, Don and Stratos. Those 3 were so good with the kids, funny people, engaging and were great to chat to - in addition to been excellent entertainers. The location is perfect, the harbour is stunning and anyone visiting should take the 10 minute walk to some lovely bars and restaurants. All in all this was a superb week away, we will definitely be back!
