Very good location, next to the pier, from where boats leave for the Phon Nha cave, next to the bus stop going to Da Nang. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a refrigerator, there is a swimming pool. In the evening, after checking out of the room and excursions, you can take a shower.
Very energetic and active hostess, who organizes any tours and transport at reasonable prices.
Highly recommend.

Chambres viellissantes qui ne correspondait pas à la chambre réservée. A voulu nous facturer plus que le prix de la réservation. Du coup nous avons voulu annuler, elle nous a voler une trousse de toilette et demandé de l'argent pour nous la rendre. Personne très agressive, c'est la seule fois où nous avons vu ça au Vietnam (et nulle part ailleurs sur nos 180 nuits de début de tour du monde)

We arrived very early on Monday morning and the hostess welcomed us very warmly. Contact was very easy on site and beforehand because we only rented the room during the day to put our bags there and take a shower. We were supposed to take a bus at 11 p.m. in the evening but found out at 2 p.m. that it was canceled! The hostess immediately found a solution for us by booking another bus in the night and we were able to enjoy the day in Phong Nha, the comfortable room with its hot and large shower and the hostess came to knock on our room 15 minutes before the bus arrives. She only had delicate attentions. You can also rent a scooter with this hotel, the pool is clean and you have plenty of restaurants on the street (the best of which on TripAdvisor is its neighbor!!). I highly recommend 🥰

Very nice place to stay. They have an awesome pool which was empty when I was here, and free. Also free bike rental. Lovely people run it who are very helpful. Great views. I’ll be back again and highly recommend it to anyone

I stayed here for one night and the place is very relaxed and has everything a solo traveler needs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and helped me book a bus to Hanoi. She also let me shower and wait for my bus after I checked out, went to the caves and boat tour, and then came back to the hotel. Highly recommend :)
