Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us.

- The hotel is ok BUT be careful the staff is scamming us. We used their massage service, we chose the 60 min package, translating into Vietnamese and making sure they understood. In the end they gave us the 90 min package, without a watch so we could check the time, and obviously we had to pay double. We booked the hotel bus to visit Hue, another city, at the insistence of the staff who had assured us of an arrival at 12pm for a departure at 9am. We finally paid double, which is very annoying when you visit a city per day. And when we asked the driver, he told us that this was normal and that the mistake came from the hotel. Be careful, they are scamming you with all conscience. Obviously no justification when you try to contact the staff for an explanation. UNACCEPTABLE. We had an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend. Lovely room with a lovely family. The rooms are clean and spacious. You can use a bike for a small price. The hospitality is top! They helped with all we needed. Good WiFi. I could not recommend enough!

Everything was amazing. The family are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. They really made our time an exceptional one. So thank you all! The rooms were big and very clean. Great bathroom. Good air con. Lovely pool and garden area. We were able to hire peds directly from the home stay which was fab. They also did laundry which was a great help and they also booked us our onwards transfer. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Amazing!!
