Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and he even invited me to have dinner (for free) with him, his wife, and young daughter the first night I stayed. He takes great pride in his hotel, constantly cleaning and improving the facilities. I was grateful to have plenty of hot water, as other places I’ve stayed only had two minutes of hot water (or none). I was here for the grand opening of his restaurant, which is on the patio of the hotel, and the food was excellent.

This is nice homestay, good location. It located at town center, really convenience to visit caves or walking around for coffee ... We stay here for 2 nights to explore Phong Nha area. Nice homestay, friendly staffs... Highly recommend...

Our host welcome was exceptional and very warm. He did everything to allow us to have the best time possible, helping us book our transport and our excursions. He is very good advice, and very enthusiastic about the recent opening of his hostel. He even organized a dinner with all the residents for the weekend to wish us a good end of stay.

The owners are so friendly. Hung and his wife help you walk your needs. There’s a great dining area with a pool table for guests. Top spot for meeting people and having a few drinks. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s right in the heart of town so it’s near everything.

We booked a 4 night stay and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel: great location and even better services from the owner Hung. He and his family welcomed us during our stay. We also rented a motorbike from him and he gave us his number in case we needed anything. The price includes a double room with private bathroom and homemade breakfast

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in The Palm Lodge! Schon bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen und durfte am Abend gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen ein traditionelles Tết Holiday Essen genießen. Es wurde reichlich aufgetischt, das Essen war köstlich, und die Atmosphäre einfach toll. Der Gastgeber war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst aufmerksam und hat alles dafür getan, dass sich jeder Gast wohlfühlt. Man merkt, mit wie viel Herzblut er und seine Familie diese Unterkunft führen. Was das ganze noch angenehmer macht, der Betreiber Hung spricht sehr gut englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr vereinfacht. The Palm Lodge wurde erst vor wenigen Wochen eröffnet, daher sind die Zimmer neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Trotz des günstigen Preises war sogar das Frühstück inbegriffen, ein tolles Extra! Auch die kleinen Details, wie der tägliche Wechsel der Handtücher, haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine erschwingliche, gemütliche und gastfreundliche Unterkunft in Phong Nha suchen. Ich habe mich fast wie zuhause gefühlt und komme gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Khách sạn nằm nay vị trí trung tâm, đi lại rất thuận tiện, bạn có thể bắt xe buýt dễ dàng, nhà hàng Palm nấu ăn cực ngon, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, bạn không phải chờ lâu khi order món, tôi thực sự rất đánh giá cao dịch vụ ở đây, mọi thứ rất tề, khuyến khích mọi người tới đây !

We used Palm Lodge to rent our Motorbikes while in the village and they were wonderful. Gave us safety checks and his number incase we ever needed them.! Would definitely recommend.! Hung and his family were so lovely and inviting. Would 100% come back. Food was also Delicious.!

Great service by the owner Hung, helped us rent our moped for the whole day for only 150 Vietnamese dong! Then came back for some great snacks and drinks in the sun! Overall great experience and highly recommend for a place to stay/ eat and rent mobiles! Thanks Hung!
