Nous avons réserver 1 semaine à l’hôtel avec vue sur mer. L’hôtel en lui même est super par contre niveaux ménage et propreté c’est pas sa..
les femme de ménage ne vienne pas tout le temps malgres la pancarte que l’on a mis sur la porte pour le ménage. Ne jete pas les poubelles. N’enlève aucun verre ou tasse sales à savoir qu’on ne pouvait pas faire la vaisselle. Et sous le lit c’était plein de poussière. C’est dommage.

Inicialmente capacitaría al personal que recibe a los viajeros ya que la persona que nos recibió nunca nos día la información de los horarios del restaurante y cuando fuimos a comer ya estaba cerrado no nos dijo el uso la tarjeta para activar la luz.sino fuera por qué preguntamos a alguien de mantenimiento ni nos enteremos,era suite y no servía el televisor ni la llave de la puerta.pesimo sevicio😠 me sentí estafada a pagar una habitación tan costosa y que todo estuviese dañado.

La struttura che si compone di vari e piccoli edifici che si sviluppano intorno alla piscina sono molto datati, gli esterni sono un po' ridotti male (intonaco staccato, ruggine ...) e soprattutto una generale sporcizia (scarafaggi, cumuli di polvere) sui vialetti, sulle scale e sui disimpegni delle stanze. Le camere sono molto spartane, minimal e anche queste datate (climatizzatore non sempre funzionante, porte in legno che non si aprono del tutto, letti molto scomodi). Anche i servizi e gli spazi in comune non offrono nulla di che (il bar centrale per colazione ha al massimo pane tostato) hanno rimodernizzato esclusivamente la reception e la sala colazione il resto è tutto un po' vecchio e mal tenuto. Nota positiva è la discesa diretta a mare anche se li non hai a disposizione un ombrellone o un lido del Resort ma devi acquistarlo per conto tuo nel loro market. Nel complesso ok per famiglie ma comunque la pulizia scarsa, manutenzione e sistemazione scarsa, cibo colazione nulla di ché...per l'offerta il prezzo è un po' eccessivo.

No entiendo la falta de profesionalidad de la dirección, cuántas quejas habrá que poner para que solucionen el problema del aire acondicionado. Iba a poner una reseña por el aire roto en la habitación y veo que prácticamente todo el mundo se queja de lo mismo. Funcionando con fancoils, la respuesta es la falta de piezas, el mes que estamos. Excusas.

L’hotel ha una buona posizione, con vista e accesso diretto a una spiaggia bella e ampia, ma tutto il resto è molto deludente. Le camere sono vecchie, bagni e rifiniture trascurati, balconi scrostati e mai puliti. In più, al posto della promessa “macchinetta del caffè” ci hanno dato solo una moka, probabilmente già usata: chi beve caffè sa bene che se la moka non viene utilizzata regolarmente, il caffè risulta imbevibile. Una scelta poco igienica e decisamente fuori luogo. La cassaforte non funzionava (anche ad altri ospiti) e le pulizie venivano fatte troppo tardi o saltate del tutto. Alla mia segnalazione, la stessa reception ha confermato che anche loro avevano fatto presente il problema alla proprietà senza ricevere ascolto: segno di una gestione disattenta e fuori da ogni logica. Ho anche inviato una mail dettagliata per segnalare i disservizi, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta: chiara dimostrazione di totale menefreghismo verso i clienti. Considerate le tante recensioni negative già presenti, trovo vergognoso che vengano mantenuti prezzi così alti a fronte di una qualità tanto scadente. Non basta una buona posizione per giustificare una simile trascuratezza. In conclusione: adatto solo a chi non bada minimamente a comfort e qualità.

Hotel a medio reformar, el sofá cama es incómodo, el aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente, limpieza inexistente y toallas sucias, un día cortaron el agua sin previo aviso, el frigorífico y la cisterna suenan mucho. Se transmitió varias veces en recepción sin éxito.

Excelente ubicación, puedes acceder a la playa desde el hotel. Instalaciones super limpias, todo tipo de servicios en la zona de piscina. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias, con dos máquinas de aire acondicionado, mobiliario cómodo. Seria conveniente mejorar la hora de limpieza de la habitación, ya que todos los días venían sobre las 17,30h coincidiendo con la siesta y teníamos que desalojar si queríamos que se limpie. Bufet para pensión completa, aunque tiene poca variedad en carne/pescado plancha tanto en la comida como en la cena, también faltan etiquetas para identificar los platos elaborados, productos alimenticios tipo mermeladas, y alérgenos, teníamos que adivinar que era cada plato del bufet. Los zumos son de polvo, podrían implementar zumos de verdad en el desayuno. Por lo demás, el complejo merece la pena en cuanto a ubicación inmejorable. Parking gratis.
