Lost its “finesse”, but still a very nice house!
Sorry to say, but Villa Finesse has list its ”finesse”. Still a lovely house, but the rental firm needs to improve the service. We have been here several times, but it’s time for the rental firm to step up. The whole point by renting a villa, is to be able to relax, be able to cook and take care of yourself.
15 years ago, this place had the little extra, now a lot of things are missing ( glasses, cups, bowls, cutting boards, knives, etc..)
Easy to fix, but needs more “love”!

Top Haus und super ruhige Lage. Man muss aber eine Auto haben, sonst werden die Wege weit.

Sehr schöne Villas mit allem Komfort. Freundlicher Empfang und guter Service! Anfragen wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Toller Pool und schöner Strand. Achtung: Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da die Villas ganz oben auf dem Hügel liegen. Grössere Läden weit entfernt. Einziger - aber gewichtiger - Negativpunkt ist das Hotel Valentin in direkter Nachbarschaft mit sehr lauter Abendunterhaltung jeden Abend bis sicher 2300 - ein ruhiger Abend auf der Terrassenlounge ist leider nicht möglich. Dieser Hinweis fehlte in allen Kommentaren, was uns überrascht hat.

Great modern villa, lovely surroundings. Quite a long way from the beach, but we had a car so it was okay. Lovely and private and very well kept.

Advised on arrival we were being given a "free upgrade", I suspect our villa had been double booked. We were allocated Villas Finesse 14. It was filthy, poorly maintained and a health hazard, too many to go through in detail. The smoke alarm was missing, a live electrical socket hanging out of the wall, deep scratches, marks, stains and grime on the furniture, walls and kitchen appliances and trip hazards around the pool due to poorly fitted and maintained tiling, to name but a few. Not an understatement to say it ruined the holiday. This holiday was advertised as luxury with plush decor - this description was not what we experienced, at all, it was dirty, poorly maintained and very outdated. We obtained photographic evidence and complained. Within a week we received 20% of the booking price back, no quibbles, even though the tour company had not even seen the photographs as there were too many to send. This is a clear indication that this may not be the first complaint and/or they know the condition of it. The holiday cost us a small fortune, I've stayed in better Premier Inns. Also the complex is situated at the top of a very steep hill, car hire is essential, we could not leave the complex without using the car. Never, ever, again.
