L' ubicazione dell' hotel è fuori mano. Fuori dall'hotel c'è il deserto a meno che tu non abbia la macchina. Il servizio Navetta da e verso l'aeroporto funziona solo se la navetta è libera in quel momento e solo a determinati orari. Se tu arrivi la sera, ad esemoio, ti devi prendere un taxi. Se arrivi in orari normali ma la navetta è fuori, ti devi prendere un taxi oppure devi aspettare in aeroporto finchè si libera.

Excellent location, friendly staff, close to the airport. My family is very satisfied. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center. There's no shuttle bus, so you need to take a taxi every time.

We chose this hotel for its location, halfway between Garda and Verona, to spend a relaxed weekend, but also with various options for cultural and leisure activities.
We hit it off right away!! We didn't book the hotel with the expectation of spending several hours inside, but more with the aim of staying there long enough to rest, and then concentrate on activities outside the hotel; yet, on the day of our arrival, after a short tour of the building, we ended up spending the rest of the day there.
Welcoming and very attentive staff, well-maintained and clean hotel, clean spa services and precisely attentive to hygiene!!
The only flaw I would point out, which however is linked to the place where the hotel is located, is the noise of cars. The hotel is, in fact, next to a freeway, so noise is the order of the day. Although this noise does not disturb when you are inside the building, it is always present when you open the windows or when you try to experience the external environment of the hotel.

This hotel is simply the best. Staff are so helpful and could not do more for you. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the station or the Centre. but you must book this up when you get to the hotel it does get booked up quickly. If you can’t get on the bus the staff will support you to get a taxi. Around 21 euro from the hotel to the Centre. Breakfast has a lot of variety I saw vegan Croissants dairy free food and gluten free food. The restaurant in the evening once again a staff are amazing if you have a allergy they will support you to find something you can eat. A little way away from the hotel is a restaurant again is great for allergy’s and caters for gluten free at a very reasonable price.
